Not hearing back from Strava : Athlete Limit Increase

Has anyone experienced submitted the athlete limit increase form and not hearing definite answer about your application? I’ve submitted and followed up by email but haven’t gotten a response for the associated issue.

Saw this reply in a different thread, but having followed up by email and not getting a reply I’m stuck on what to do next. 

Please note that (1) I’ve already filled and sent back the form (2) waited >10 business days (3) reached out back Strava

They summited for an IPO, not sure does this affect the API distribution.

I am sure your team is working hard to get everyone Athletes Rate Limits issues solved right now. Yet, could your team have a look at our app Revo please ? 

I have already reached out multiple times dev support team, waited way over the minimum # business days, etc.

This is a bit of a joke at this point - it’s been months since many, many people submitted, with no one hearing back. Customer service is dismal

They just contacted me yesterday after weeks asking for screen shots. I submitted and now I am fearing the fact it will me another 3 weeks.  

Wondering the status of my application. requested user increase
