Posting here as a last resort after 38 days without a human response through email.

Timeline:
- Submitted initial Developer Program application
- April 3: Strava replied that review takes 7-10 business days (ticket #13323)
- April 4: Resubmitted a corrected and complete application
- April 29: Followed up after 25 days of silence
- Received only an automated reply directing me back to the submission form (which we already completed)
- Replied clarifying all of the above
- May 12: Still no response - 38 days since resubmission, 18+ business days past Strava's own 7-10 day estimate
We are Cycling Challenge, a Danish charity cycling community that has used Strava for 13 consecutive years to raise funds for Børne Hjernecancer Fonden (the Danish Children's Brain Cancer Foundation). Our ~100 riders have been stuck in Single Player Mode since our season started on March 30. That's 6 weeks of lost fundraising momentum for children's brain cancer research.
The app is fully API-compliant: webhook-based sync, aggregated KM only (no raw activity data stored), proper Strava branding, and disconnect functionality.
I can see from this forum that many of you are in the same situation. If anyone from the Strava team could please look at our application, or if any community members have advice on how to actually reach someone, I would be very grateful.
