+24If you're still seeing this issue, the first thing I would suggest is seeing if it works in a different browser. If it does, try a private browsing window in the browser you're having trouble with. If that works, try clearing any cookies or cached data in your browser.
If all else fails, you'll probably need to file a support ticket
