Hi everyone! I just joined the forums and recently released an iOS app that allows users to make photos with their running / walking / workout stats: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/run-story/id6737940528
I have almost 300 users and am still under the rate limit at the moment. I submitted a request to increase a couple weeks ago before officially launching but never heard back, so followed up with another email today.
Does anyone know the typical turn around time and if requests are accepted? Would love to make sure I have a little buffer so users don’t have a bad experience.

Strava is strange - FitBit has very high rate limits, Strava very low … why?!
Also seems no one from Strava is in the forum, or actually reads or cares what the #1 complaint is → rate limits!!
