Everyone here carefully asking what’s going on when they had their API requests waiting for weeks if not months (me included). This is ridiculous to be honest, there is no other way to put this. Not only the absurd waiting times but also the no communication at all. Like if I went quiet in my job for weeks what do you think would happen? Would I get a promotion, a cautionary “what is going on I hope you are ok” from my boss, or be fired? This is unacceptable 🤔

We are trying:

Perhaps if we collate everything, Strava will be more likely to update at least this list. At a minimum, we can organize to pass on this list over multiple fronts (email, forum, if anyone knows any developers at Strava...) and all pass along the same information (a big list of pending app limit increases from that post), it will be harder to ignore.

@austenhughes1 thanks for your reply and I genuinely appreciate the effort but… what’s the point? A list so we “organize” and “all pass the same info”. Don’t you think they get the info through the form we are already required to submit? I don’t buy the “they might be flooded with submissions” because there is simply no communication from their side. Again, the key question here is what would happen to you as an employee/business owner/you name it if you simply go quiet for months ❗️

it will be harder to ignore.

Pff, they are ignoring all these messages on the forum, what would make this “harder”? This is just simply disrespectful behaviour. If they offer this service and claim 7-10 business days, they should adhere to it. Is that simple really. And if there are any issues, any sort of communication would at least give some insights on what’s going on.
