My app with 7000+ users has reached the read limit of 30K per day as we are holding an event. Many users are complaining that they can’t see their activities in my app.
I have already emailed support@strava.com and developers@strava.com and submitted the API review. As this is urgent, if someone can reach out to me, it will be much appreciated.
Do you really need more than 4 API calls / user / day? It sounds like you may not be using the API and webhooks effectively, which might make your request less likely to be accepted by Strava...
how can I connect more than just 10 users?
my limit is just 10, even though I am planning to use webhooks just to receive new activities, but 10 users is a low number
