Recently subscribed and API quota limit to -1

Hello,

I recently re-subscribed in order to relaunch an API integration.

clientID : 21001

But my quota is stuck to -1

which results to 429 http code error,

Could you review my account in order to enjoy the API capability when you are member with a subscription?

Nop nothing, I believed that I could delete it and restart but it is not possible.

I am so frustrated because I resubscribed for the API capability.
