Hello Strava Support Team,

I am managing a local non-profit running group challenge called "Desafio CNB 2026". My application (Client ID: 200197) has reached the athlete connection limit in development mode, preventing participants from connecting their accounts.

Could you please review and grant the rate limit increase (Production Tier) for our Client ID 200197 so our group members can authorize and join the ranking?

Thank you!

Hi @marcosfelix22 , please see

for infomation about the mandatory app review.

First you should check though if your app conforms with the Strava API policy, especially make sure no raw or derived data that came from the API is shown to others than the authenticated athlete and that no Strava features like challenges or group challenges are duplicated.

"Thank you for the guidance!

My application (Client ID 200197) is strictly an internal administrative leaderboard for our local, non-profit running group ("Desafio CNB").

We only display basic aggregated mileage totals (total km per athlete) to our group members, without sharing raw GPS data, maps, or personal details. It is not a commercial product or a public platform.

We fully comply with the API policy and would appreciate the rate limit review so our local runners can re-connect their accounts. Thank you!"
