I would like to request guidance regarding Production Access / athlete capacity review for my app.

Rule9 is a cycling route weather analysis app. It connects a cyclist’s planned Strava route with point-by-point weather data, including wind, temperature, precipitation probability, and elevation context. The goal is to help cyclists decide whether planned riding conditions are safe and suitable before heading out.
The app currently appears to be in Single Player Mode. The API dashboard shows that only 1 athlete is allowed to connect, and 1 athlete is already connected. Because of this, other users cannot test or use the Strava integration.
Rule9 uses Strava route data only for the authenticated athlete. No Strava data is sold, shared with third parties, or used to train AI or machine learning models.
I will also submit the official Developer Program / athlete capacity review form linked in the Strava API documentation. I am posting here mainly to confirm that this is the correct process and that there is nothing missing on my side before review.
