Request to increase Athlete Limit to 9,999

Hello, 

As my application identified by Client ID: 200681 started growing we also started experiencing hitting the daily request rate limit. We are correctly implementing web hooks, so the only API interaction is happening when a new user registers and they want to have their recent workout history synchronized. 

My application is on Standard Tier and I’d like to request increase of the allowed athletes to 9,999 and an increase to the daily rate-limit quota.
