I am the developer of Tooboo, an iOS and watchOS outdoor fitness application that integrates with the Strava API. Our application is approaching its connected athletes limit, and I am writing to request a quota increase.

Request:
We would like to request an increase in the connected athletes quota, ideally to 5,000 athletes or another level you consider appropriate. Our current quota is nearly full, and without an increase, new users will soon be unable to connect their Strava accounts.
Additional Information:
- Tooboo is available on the Apple App Store
- Users authenticate through the official Strava OAuth flow
- Users can disconnect their accounts and revoke Strava authorization
- We request only the scopes required for the features users enable
- We follow Strava’s API guidelines, branding requirements, and rate limits
- Strava data is used only to provide user-requested workout synchronization and route-import functionality
