Strava API standard access - 3 month extension

I'm a Standard Tier developer who made API requests in earlier this year and should qualify for the 3-month free subscription code per the June 1 developer program update according to this source: https://communityhub.strava.com/insider-journal-9/an-update-to-our-developer-program-13428

 

However, I haven't received the email.

How can I receive a code or confirm my eligibility?

Check the email account linked to your Strava account. You should have received an email with the subject “Strava API Update” on 16 June (check your spam).

There’s a voucher code in there half way through the email.

Hello Strava team,

I am a Standard Tier developer and my app should qualify for the 3-month subscription extension mentioned in the June 1 developer program update.

Client ID: 253030
Account email: ferreirasilas82@gmail.com

I searched my inbox, spam, trash, promotions, and updates, but I cannot find an email with the subject “Strava API Update” from June 16 or any voucher code.

My API requests are returning 403 Forbidden with Application Status Inactive.

Could you please confirm my eligibility and resend the 3-month subscription voucher code?

I have checked my mails and Spam - nothing from Strava on the 16th June (or around that date)

I tried this - but I have yet to receive any response apart from the automated reply giving me a problem ticket number (#16440)
