Hello, I have been using Strava on my Apple watch series 9 without any issue for about 6 months. Last saturday when I sent for run, I noticed that Strava app on my apple watch not recoding heart rate, I tried everything i.e. resetting watch/iphone. Deleteing strava app from watch/iphone and reinstalling. But nothing seems to help. I tried Workout app on my watch and it recorded hear rate. I checked all permission in Health app on Iphone and it has Allow Strava to Read heart rate ON. I checked the strava app on iphone and it has health app added, Everything worked fine before Saturday
Not sure what suddenly happened? Can this be resolved as my running depends on it massivly. I tried Apple’s Workout app but I didnt like the app.
