I have already tried every troubleshooting step recommended by Strava, but I still cannot sync Strava Live Segments to my Garmin device. I also contacted Garmin Support by phone, and the Garmin engineer suggested that I reach out to Strava for further assistance.

+27It’s best to post that on the Garmin forums https://forums.garmin.com/sports-fitness/cycling/ for your Edge model. The Garmin support on the phone didn’t seem to know that there is a bug in the last 31.30 Edge firmware regarding Strava segments.
