The new improved customer support is by far a long way from being an improvement. 

The previous support portal, including access to existing open support tickets and their status history, was removed. As a result, users are now limited to email correspondence without any means of independently monitoring the progress of their requests or reviewing the complete support record through a dedicated support platform.

 

I am concerned that this change has reduced transparency and accountability in the handling of my complaint.
