The trouble ticket I filed with support is labeled as “Priority: High”, but we’ve all seen some complaints to Strava languish for years.

So as @Jana_S suggested above, I’d suggest everyone affected by this to load the Strava homepage, click on the “Support” link that should appear amongst the cluster at right, and file your own trouble ticket. Maybe if they get 20 or more, Strava devs might speed it up.

OTOH, I am considering, after 2-3 weeks, simply removing the Strava widgets from my club’s website. If STrava won’t support us, why should we support Strava?

I do not know if it is the same issue, but the code to embed Summary, show up fine, but shows no activity

  Show a specific type of activity - bike, run, walk, swim and so on
  Show different periods, like week or month

Same here, problem still exists as of Feb 14.  Is there any fix planned?

I received a message from Strava Support a day or two ago that the bug “has been escalated to our engineering team”. What that means in terms of a timeline, who knows.

That's easier said than done. They write activate the chatbot, and write a message. The Bot left the page 😢 Easier is that you contact "our support team"

I'm using the official Strava profile widget (latest-rides) on my website. It worked perfectly until recently, but now it only displays the Strava login page instead of my latest rides.

My profile and activities are set to Everyone (Public), and the individual activity embed works correctly. However, both the profile widget on my website and the widget URL itself redirect to the login page.

Has the latest-rides widget been discontinued or is this a known issue? Is there any replacement or workaround available?

I'm using the official Strava profile widget (latest-rides) on my website, And now this doesn't work anymore. I keep getting a message that I need to check my settings, and they are set correctly. I was also advised to get a paid account, which I did, but without success. Does anyone have a solution? (Strava support?)
