Strava widgets embedded on website stopped working since 20 jan 2026

The trouble ticket I filed with support is labeled as “Priority: High”, but we’ve all seen some complaints to Strava languish for years.

 

So as @Jana_S suggested above, I’d suggest everyone affected by this to load the Strava homepage, click on the “Support” link that should appear amongst the cluster at right, and file your own trouble ticket. Maybe if they get 20 or more, Strava devs might speed it up.

 

OTOH, I am considering, after 2-3 weeks, simply removing the Strava widgets from my club’s website. If STrava won’t support us, why should we support Strava?

I do not know if it is the same issue, but the code to embed Summary, show up fine, but shows no activity

  • Perhaps also a feature request :)
    Show a specific type of activity - bike, run, walk, swim and so on
    Show different periods, like week or month

I would also LOVE to have this overview as an embed code

I received a message from Strava Support a day or two ago that the bug “has been escalated to our engineering team”. What that means in terms of a timeline, who knows.

BTW: I don't run, I walk, but that should registrer as an activity too

That's easier said than done. They write activate the chatbot, and write a message. The Bot left the page 😢 Easier is that you contact "our support team"
