Timeline for Rate Limit Increase Review?

Hello,
I submitted my rate limit and athlete capacity increase request about 4 weeks ago (Client ID:185234 ) and haven’t received any response yet.
For those who have gone through this process, how long did it typically take to get a response from the Strava team?
