Trouble Growing Beyond the 10 Athlete Limit

Hello - i’m struggling to grow beyond the 10 athlete limit for my online print store:

I’ve submitted two requests and each time been asked to provide more information. 

I have submitted really comprehensive screenshot evidence for all the Strava data usage, so i’m not sure what else to add. 

Is there something i’m missing? Anyone who might be able to help?
