Urgent Developer Program Review Request – KASATI Running – 400 Employees – Internal Running Program Starts September 15, 2026

We have submitted KASATI Running for Developer Program review and would greatly appreciate your assistance with an expedited review due to an upcoming internal employee wellness program.

KASATI Running is a private internal corporate wellness application for KASATI employees in Vietnam. Employees voluntarily connect their individual Strava accounts through OAuth 2.0 to access their authorized activity information.

We have reached our current athlete capacity of 10, and approximately 400 employees are expected to participate in our upcoming internal running program.

This employee wellness program will begin on September 15, 2026 and will continue through the period leading up to October 10, 2026, which marks KASATI’s 41st anniversary. The running program is an important internal engagement initiative designed to encourage employee health, participation, and team spirit as part of our company anniversary activities.

We have implemented user consent, Strava account disconnection, data deletion requests, a publicly accessible Privacy Policy and Support page, and webhook-based synchronization to minimize unnecessary API requests.

We understand and respect the Strava API Agreement, API Policy, and Brand Guidelines. We are committed to making any necessary adjustments to ensure full compliance.

Our application has already reached its current 10-athlete capacity, so additional employees are currently unable to connect their Strava accounts.

Because our internal employee running program is scheduled to begin on September 15, 2026, and forms part of the activities leading up to KASATI’s 41st anniversary on October 10, 2026, we would be very grateful if an expedited review is possible. We understand that approval and review timing cannot be guaranteed.

Please let us know if you require any additional screenshots, technical details, privacy documentation, or application changes. We are ready to respond immediately.

You can only wait until Strava reports back to you. Unfortunately it’s unlikely this happens until tomorrow.

This is a user forum, you won’t reach Strava’s internal API team here. Unfortunately you also cannot do anything else to accelerate the review.

    You could write to developers@strava.com, but they won’t do or answer anything regarding your current review request.

    Additional context:
    We contacted Strava Developer Support by email before posting here. The automated response specifically advised us that athlete capacity increase requests are not reviewed by email and directed us to the Developer Community Hub.

    Our application is currently blocked at 10/10 connected athletes, while approximately 400 employees are expected to participate.

    If a Strava team member could help confirm the appropriate review path or route our request to the relevant team, we would greatly appreciate it.

      Yes, we have already submitted the official Developer Program review form for KASATI Running to request an athlete capacity increase.

      Our current situation is:

      Application: KASATI Running
      Current athlete capacity: 10
      Current connected athletes: 10/10
      Requested capacity: approximately 400 employees
      Program start date: September 15, 2026
      KASATI 41st Anniversary: October 10, 2026

      We have already reached our current capacity, so additional employees are unable to connect their Strava accounts.

      KASATI Running is a private, internal corporate wellness application for our employees in Vietnam. We use OAuth 2.0 and webhook-based synchronization, and we are committed to complying with the Strava API Agreement, API Policy and Brand Guidelines.

      We also contacted Strava Developer Support by email, but the automated response advised us that athlete-capacity increase requests are not reviewed by email and directed us to the Developer Community Hub.

      Could you please advise whether there is any way to confirm that our Developer Program submission has been received and is in the review queue, or help route our request to the appropriate Strava team?

      Our employee running program starts very soon, on September 15, 2026, so any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

      We are ready to provide additional screenshots, technical information, privacy documentation, or make any required changes immediately.
