If you're still in what Strava calls “single player mode” you'll need to fill out the form to get your app approved. Details are on the getting started page: https://developers.strava.com/docs/getting-started/#basic
If you're trying to increase the limit beyond what was initially set when your app was approved, you'll need to email developer support to request an increase.
