Strava automatically deducted money from my e wallet and i want a refund, I've sent it to support and it says it is solved but why i didn't get my refund yet and last question, how long does it take to get my refund??? answer it please i need that money for school 

I am currently an intern at a professional cycling team that competes at the highest level in races such as Paris-Roubaix, the Tour of Flanders, and the Tour de France. I thought it would be a fun idea to create an active Strava community around the team. We would set up a Strava club with as many members and fans as possible. We aim to engage them through challenges and tasks, giving them the chance to win exclusive prizes, and so on.Unfortunately, Strava is so limited that it is not even interesting to pursue this further. For example, I wanted to create a challenge called "To the Moon and Back," where our members work together towards a shared goal of cycling 384,400 kilometers in a year. Sadly, you cannot create such challenges as a club owner—only Strava can do this. How ridiculous is that?Additionally, I thought it would be nice to create monthly challenges, or even weekly ones where you evaluate the results after a month. But guess what? Piste difficulty is based on the OSM field piste:difficulty (https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:piste:difficulty), however, the corresponding colors differ per region. It seems that the pistes are drawn using the US/Canadian colors. Strava in the last week is wrong, I'm guessing GPS issue but have tried the troubleshooting suggestions but still not correct, I know the route and use 2nd app so am confident on the details ...example 5k  in 40m strava will say its 9.5k and I did a pb 🤪Any others suggestions how I can fix it 

Hey there,I’m posting this as a general question/discussion and to see if anyone else shares the same sentiment:Strava for mobile has been getting lots of love (i.e.: GUI upgrades, AI features, new mapping tools ) to name a few. I feel like the Strava for desktop does not have the same look/feel and other goodies. I can’t be the only one that uses both Desktop and Mobile and feel the disparity between both.  It would be nice if Desktop would get a refresh 😎

All my correctly synced activities are only showing up under the YOU tab not on the homepage feed. Others can see my activities correctly as I am getting kudos. However the only way I can see them is via the YOU tab? This is only a recent issue,  it used to work perfectly and I have not changed any settings. 

Hi there, nobody in their activity feed can see my uploaded rides anymore? Does anyone know why and how i can fix it? Cheers±

il serait bien de pouvoir crée des segment plus court que 300m ( allant de 50m à 100m voir 200m..) et cela directement via l’application strava ( version mobile ) et non pas via une version mobile *la majorité des utilisateurs de strava utilise uniquement l’application mobile et non la version mobile via un ordinateur ou autres…il est dommage que certaine fonctionnalité strava ne doit disponible que sur la version webqu’en pensez vous ? Hey,Strava has always traditionally been focused on Cyclists, but more and more features are coming out for additional sports. I would like Strava to better support Multi sport, in both activities and athletes stats/data.One way I would like to see this done is allowing the user to set HR Zones per sport type. Currently its a one size fits all which does not fit for athletes who cycle and run.Having this support will also allow Strava to give much better relative effort data. An athlete  might make a habit of going on 2 hour cycle rides Strava sees this athlete can perform for 2 hours, but it doesn't care which sport. On another day the Athlete may go for a 20min run which exhausts them much more than the regular ride they do. But Strava doesn't care, Strava sees they have only done 16% of the work they typically do, so it marks it as a low effort, something it was not. I can't say for sure this is the way Strava works, but this is based on my own experience of using the app for years.

Would it be possible to add E-Gravel biking as a sport? 

Simple request to allow to different heart rate zones, one for cycling, one for running. I can do this on training peaks already.

Hi, I cancelled my Google Play subscription but it expires in May. I want to transfer it to my Apple account so that I can get a family plan. Does anyone know how to do this? If I can’t what happens when my subscription cancels?

In addition to the distance challenges, it would be great to have moving time challenges for swimming each month.  Possibly in hour increments.

Would be good to have the Segments inside some control with a scroll bar, that when going through all the segments the elevation map or even the map would still be visible.Now when you are scolling down the map disappears after 25 segements and the elevation map after 30 segments (depends on the resolution). This is how it is now:--The list of segmetns can be very long, and if you are scrolling down through them, the map and the elevation map are not visible any more sooner or later.Thats why I would put all the segments into some control like DataGridView, where you can use a scoller if there is more then X number of items inside of it. So it would be like: It’s always nice to at least see the elevation map (if not the map as well) when scrolling through the segments of the route, roght? Now its more or less useless, if you don’t see what’s going on, specially on the unknown routes. PLEASE :) 

I recently decided to move to strava from Runkeeper and my greatest disappointment is from Apple Watch app. It is very basic, no personalization possible. I think you could improve it a bit. For example I would prefer the distance being the largest font as it is important information for me. also have only one option for the voice cues is frustrating. I don’t really like the voice offered.  thank you. 

Many of us would like to be able to exclude specific activities which others have posted, based on rules we apply ourselves.For example, I see numerous short runs which a huge number of people deem necessary to record as separate warm ups and downs. I am still interested in their main activities so don’t want to Mute them. I am also seeing short walks and various short workouts amongst other things which I have no interest in. Life is too short.Please can Strava create functionality which allows me to create some rules where I can say, for example:“only show me activities greater than 3 miles”“only show me activities greater than 15 minutes”OR“do not show runs less than 3 miles”“do not show walks less than 3 miles”“do not show workouts less than 20 minutes”

My Garmin has a Track Run activity.  When I use it, data is displayed in meters.  However, when I look in the splits in Strava, it shows miles.  Can we get an option to use meters for the splits for track workouts?

Hi Everyone,Wondering if anyone has a fix for my subscription issue. I was recently travelling in Mexico, since returning to Canada my subscription isn’t valid. When I attempt to renew, it shows the Mexican currency so I’m thinking there’s a bug on their end.I troubleshooted (logged out, deleted and reinstalled application, restored purchase), created a ticket weeks ago with no response, and since written the strava support email.I’m travelling again, looking for routes, but get blocked by the subscription wall every time. Can anyone offer a solution here? I’ve debated starting a new account but seems unnecessary. I understand they’re getting caught up on tickets, but this seems too long.Thanks in advance!

I have tried to contact support twice during the last weeks by creating a support issue from the Strava app. I am trying to change my old email address that is registered for Strava that has been deleted for many years. I don´t have the password to change the email to my new address. I expected a reply to my new address but I feel my support issues are simply ignored. I also sent 2 emails to the support team, and still no answer yet... How can it be so hard to change something so simple?...

I love the idea that each segment has the ability for people to make comments on it: advice and suggestions or warnings etc etc. ALso a great place for people to ask questions.Too hard basket I know….and so many more important things Strava should be getting to.

Right now the closest thing to a ruck activity is the hike activity. That works for now, but you have to manually comment on how much weight you carry. The ruck activity could include heartrate, elevation climbed, weight in rucksack, weight on vest, calories burned, distance, step count, average pace, or average time. You could also add a segment option, in case I wanted to run a half mile to warmup before I start rucking with the weight. There could also be an option for rucking on the treadmill that could include all those things along with the mph and grade of incline. 

I'm sorry but the "solution" that was posted in the other thread about this issue is not a solution. A solution would be something that brings our activities, posts, comments, etc to the exact same state they were before you removed the URLs.You didn't even answer the big open questions we have regarding what happened. I would like Strava to urgently answer the following questions:(1) Are you filtering URLs merely in the user interface and in the API – or have you actually modified the content stored in your database?(2) If it is the latter case, how are we going to recover our data? What kind of backups do you have? Are you going to restore all the URLs and other removed content from the backups once this "ongoing situation" is over? Can we at least download an intact version of our data for our own use?(3) Why there was zero communication about what is going to happen beforehand? It's clear now that you removed the URLs on purpose. The removal wouldn't have been okay even if you gave
