Create a feature that allows you to download an image of the strava map with your personal heatmap. Ideally you could select a region, country or city and the map would only show this area and not bordering areas (see screenshot below). Your personal heatmap would show your coverage of the area and could make for some amazing personal art that users could download and print. Adding a title overlay would be the cherry on-top like the New York poster below. 

Hey, I have an issue that started after the 26th April.. I did a zwift ride on Monday 28th, a workout today 29th, and none are loading into Strava. I use a Tracx smart trainer and Zwift on my Windows laptop.Last recorded activity that uploaded successfully was my Saturday 26th ride from my Garmin watch, and it synced to Strava. My Zwift ride is in Zwift and in my Garmin Connect app as an activity. My workout today was recorded on my Garmin watch and is in the Garmin Connect app as an activity. Both devices are synced and added to my Strava app. I did the steps to disconnect and reconnect all devices and they show as ‘Connected Apps’. In my Strava account, the Partner Integrations shows Zwift is enabled. Under Social Connections, it shows that Garmin Connect is connected. In Zwift the Strava and Garmin apps are ‘paired’  I use Android and Windows devices, not Apple. As a side note, my SRAM AXS

I am reaching out to seek clarification regarding the best format for uploading activities to Strava with comprehensive data.Currently, we are evaluating the following options: GPX: This format lacks lap data  TCX: Supports lap data but does not include temperature information. FIT: Seems to be the only format that includes both lap data and temperature, but we understand FIT certification has been discontinued. Could you kindly advise: Is there an alternative format that supports both lap data and temperature? If FIT is still acceptable for uploads despite the certification discontinuation, are there any limitations we should be aware of? Please make it possible in the future to hide the details about your gear when you register a workout. I love the future to keep track of my shoes, but i wish i could keep the information private, like other existing options.

Hello all. Just wondering if anyone has had any luck in getting hold of Strava support before? I've been trying for sometime on and off to speak to someone other than the virtual assistant which has been no help at all. I closed an old email account which is linked to my Strava. I've asked Strava to update my new email but it never happens or they said they sent an email to my closed email to change it ! All I want is my Strava to be updated with my new email. If I create a new account I'll loose all my data. Bit technical but if anyone has any ideas DM me ! I can't remember my password which also doesn't help. Feel so frustrated 

My figures are not appearing on my Club leaderboards any more.

Whenever I choose a Strava activity on my pixel watch 3, they all show the same screen, no other data, see attached. Strava Version1.45.5 (78702) Updated on Sept 16, 2024

As a Strava User,I would like to hide my name and just update my display name to my Instagram/Strava Handleso that I can control my privacy.

Been charged for a subscription of 54.99 that I never agreed to nor confirmed to, I never got a notification that this was happening ither. I want a immediate refund 

I noticed in version 408.0.0 that I’m unable to view who gave me kudos by clicking on the text “x gave kudos”. When I click it it just opens the activity.I tried viewing for others activity’s kudos and the same problem. I then gave someone kudos, and once I had done that I can then view who gave them kudos by clicking the thumbs up icon, which means there is no way to remove the kudos once you’ve given it.seems like a bug? Or expected behaviour?

My activity has posted on my Strava from garmin but no one can see it on there newsfeeds only if they click on my page can anyone help please 

My subscription to Strava shows as cancelled on Google Pay. Apparently, I cancelled my Google Payment Profile Account back in October 2024. I have spoken to Google and they tell me that I need to contact Strava to resolve this, as it is not a Google product I have purchased. I have tried restoring the payment in Strava but it will not allow me to do this. I am going round in circles. See attached. Any ideas please?

I run 10k today, usually getting around 10- 12 kudos. I haven't got any on this one.All settings are the same. Activity isn't muted or anything like that.I asked some friends, noone else can see my run on their feed unless they go directly to my profile click on and look for it.https://strava.app.link/8PHLd1SIPSbAny idea please? 

It seems that everytime i go to log into Strava, I am being asked to log in. Can you please set a cookie and let it last for 365 days? If I dont want to be logged in, I will manually sign out.

I would love a way to tell my friends that I’m planning a ride and see who wants to join me.

Why on earth does Strava choose FOR me whose activities I see and whose I don't see? It's happened several times now where I'm certain I follow certain people but their activities never show up in my feed and other people's activities I see all the time. When I go to the profile of those whose activities I NEVER see I can perfectly clearly see all their activities so they're not hidden. Can Strava please stop putting algorithms on this? If those becomes another Facebook I will lose all interest in this platform.

I ran a race yesterday and it's acting as if it's been muted, when I definitely hasn't. On the other hand my warmup is showing just fine. I've received significantly more kudos on my warmup than the race. Thought it was a one off but the same thing happened to my dad today. TT not showing, warmup showing. It's visible if you go onto profile, but doesn't send to others' feeds. I've seen a few people already on reddit with the same problem, saying it might be a new algorithm which isn't working as it should.

Hi Strava team, I’m experiencing an issue with the route creation feature in the Strava app for iOS. When I create a route on my iPhone 13 Pro Max, the lines that represent the route appear jagged and not smoothed, as shown in the attached screenshot. This makes the route look unnatural and less accurate visually. I’m using the latest version of iOS and the most up-to-date version of the Strava app. This problem only occurs when viewing routes directly within the app. Please let me know if this is a known issue or if there’s a workaround. I’d appreciate any help or updates regarding a possible fix. Thanks!  

Strava’s notion that their version of recorded power data is better is just silly.  And it seems to be getting worse.I use this platform as I would a journal of my activities.  And it shouldn’t be subject to interpretation.  Why Strava thinks it knows better than the actual device doing the recording is mystifying.For my ride today, Strava lowered the actual average power by a full ten percent, and normalized power by thirteen percent.They should just abandon this practice, especially for people who are uploading ACTUAL data.

As suggested by the Strava support channel I disabled running power on my Garmin Forerunner 955, attempting to get heart rate instead of watt readings to compare my efforts on a given segment.The power reading is gone now, but the HR is still missing. 

Dear Strava CommunityThanks to Strava for relaxing third party links in Bios and Posts. I am owner of a Strava Running Club www.strava.com/clubs/rcucrc, but members are multi-sport. Membership requested that we swap to Multi-sport, but we need Strava to expand multi-sport leader boards to show running, cycling and fitness etc separately.Our community post for that got rolled into this post: -  We tried to share this Strava “https” link with the club membership, so they could upvote it, but the club post was blocked with a message ‘try later’.  I discovered if this link was removed, the post uploaded.Why does Strava block its own “https” links?Thank you. Respectfully,
