Hi, Is it possible to envisage an evolution in training statistics? For a better understanding of training, selecting the interval rows with a calculation of the columns would be easier to read. Thanks

I often go running on a TechnoGym treadmill that syncs with Strava, but the treadmill won’t connect with my Apple Watch to measure heart rate. I’d like the ability to merge my heart rate data from an Indoor Run on my Apple Watch with the corresponding activity imported from TechnoGym (since this has more accurate distance and pace data). Ideally Strava recognizes that activities occurred at the same time and provides a suggestion to merge. 

Hi there,I know a lot of people have long bike commutes and want to share each commute.However, I only bike 6km to work. Cluttering everyone's newsfeed with 2 short rides a day is annoying and I manually mute all my commute rides.I think it would be fantastic if there was an option to set an activity (i.e. bike commute) as muted by default and for bike commute specifically to have a monthly summary on the last day of the month.It could look like a normal activity, but say something like "Work commute, distance: 240km, time: ... and so on".This keeps the newsfeed clean, but recognizes the effort put into even the small commutes that add up over the month.Thanks!

Issue: Currently, Strava does not support rotating photos and videos to landscape mode when a phone is rotated. This makes it difficult to properly view media with a wide aspect ratio, as it remains constrained within the app’s portrait-oriented interface. Users often upload wide aspect ratio media that lose detail when scaled down to fit the portrait view. Proposed Solution: Enable landscape mode for media viewing in the Strava mobile app. When a user rotates their phone, the photo or video should rotate accordingly, allowing full-screen landscape viewing. This would improve the experience for users who share wide-aspect content, making it easier to view uploaded media.

It’s such a simple feature to provide; let us filter the types of activity we see on our Feeds from followed users. Seems this idea was posted 2 years ago and the option still isn’t there. Do not care to see someone has sat in their shed for an hour on their Wattbike, but I am still interested in seeing their actual rides. Come on Strava.

Imagine that you could select an interval of a given activity like this An then, for the given interval, the metrics/stats of the interval would be calculated on the fly and presented to the user as the ones presented for the whole activity. I believe it has really potential depending on the use cases

I’ve been recording my workouts on Strava for a while now, and for the last couple days, Strava has been in some sort of time warp and has been counting my time really slowly. Just this morning, I took a 50 minute class, and when I returned to my phone to stop the Strava timer, it had only been going for 18 minutes. This happened a couple other times this week. My phone is in a locker, as it always is in these type of workouts, so there’s nothing to pause it. The app is as updated as can be, and so is my phone. Nothing has changed! Has this happened to anyone here? What should I do?

Hi, I am trying to get a sense of what's going on with an old friend who I am estranged from.  Their strava profile is set to private but a search shows numbers of activities cycling / runs unchanged for the last six months. Does this definitely mean they no longer using strava. I guess I am a little worried  as thewy have had health issues before and unsure if numbers always update.

It should be possible to compare segment efforts by equipment. It should be possible to know the best time on a particular segment for a particular bike.For example if a user has two bikes, a mountain bike and a road bike, it should be possible to know the best time of the segment for the mountain bike and the best time for the road bike. It should be possible to know if the the user broke the record of mountain bike when uploads a ride with the mountain bike. The same for the road bike.

Hello Strava team and users,Strava being a fitness based app is used extensively in the military. Not exclusively, as many many others use it too but for the military it’s a great tool to help track and motivate our soldiers.As some of you may know, we walk many miles carrying weight. It goes by many names I.e., tabbing, yomping, rucking and many more. However, it’s very simple and I’m sure many other people outside of the military do it too. I believe this should be a workout feature we should have access too. Not only is the distance, pace, cadence etc etc tracked but the amount of weight carried should be inputted into the data, this will greatly change the amount of calories burned. But it’ll be such a useful tool for both military training and civilian. Hope the idea takes off, C.

I only use Strava for running. I don’t want to sync any other type of workout to Strava. This means I am not able to auto-sync activities from Apple Health into Strava.I would like if Strava allowed us to enable auto-sync for only specific types of activities. Runs should be automatically synced. One could still custom import any activity, but only Runs for example would be auto-synced.

Hi there, I wanted to suggest including pack weight or ruck weight for hiking [and one day if someone developed a rucking activity, there too], as hiking with say 30kg, is very different to hiking with a bottle of water and a phone. I’d also imagine that Strava has the capability of calculating all sorts of useful stats around calories burnt etc with regards to body weight combined with pack weight.

I’m currently doing Virtual Rides in MyWhoosh but I have a ZwiftHub. My heartrate device doesn’t connect to the Zwift Hub and doesn’t appear in MyWhoosh. So I have to record it as a separate activity. What this ends up doing is doubling the time I’m spending and possibly making my fitness and fatigue far higher than what they should be. So just an option to “ignore effort from this activity”. Same for other attributes such as time so I don’t accumulate double the time. Or have an ability to link the separate activites so that Strava understands they are the same.

Hello!How long it would take to request for refund? I accidentally paid for annual subscription instead of monthly today, February 3, 2025. I already submitted a ticket, but I didn't recieve any emails or notification yet. I want to take back my money on or before February 17 because if if reaches beyond that timeframe, it would be impossible for me to refund those. Please help me for as it is the only money left on my e-wallet and it is use for school. I'm hoping they would consider this problem. And please, someone who can reply to this matter? Thank you!

I’ve only just managed to record my first ever sub 40min 10k and yet Strava is showing it as being my 2nd best time? I’ve no idea what has set my PB but it’s definitely wrong. My last run was definitely the quickest I’ve run 10k in.
