What are the standard SLA for support tickets, I have submitted multiple tickets on behalf of my partner who is unable to access her account and my ticket has sat unresponded to for almost a week now.The first ticket I created (same issue) somehow managed to get resolved without any contact to myself or my partner - not quite sure how that works…is it possible for someone to further escalate my support request? Id: 2895554

Hey Tennis Lovers! The second of the four annual Grand Slam tournaments, the Roland Garros Tournament, started on Monday, May 20! Also known as the French Open, this tournament will be held over 2 weeks at the Stade Roland Garros stadium. Played on clay courts this is the only major tournament not played on grass and is widely regarded as the most strenuous tournament in tennis.  There are a number of players to keep your eyes on this year. Iga Swiatek is going for a record tying 3 French Open titles in a row. If she wins, she will join Monica Seles and Justine Henin as the third women to accomplish this feat. She will face some tough competition from Aryna Sabalenka who is ranked #2 and is coming off a loss to Swiatek at the Italian Open last week. I am a newbie with Strava and recorded a route that my friends have asked me about. Then I marked it as public and saved it.Now I can see it as a "My Route" but not when searching for routes in my Android phone.What am I missing? Any advice is appreciated.Also, when searching for routes on my Android device, I can only select one of "Mountain Bike Ride", "Gravel Ride" or "Ride". Is it possible to search for all three kinds in one search, like "OR-ing" the conditions together?

 50k I was going to top-up today to hit my weekly target. Total says zero.  Has Sunday been moved to the first day of the week? 

Is it possible to have live coaching in strava, maybe as we're going through different segments or when our heart rate is at a certain point? Would love to have this for interval training.Not as big of a fan of nike run club anymore so hoping this is something in the pipelines, curious what others think!

Hello all!  Have you ever done something cool with Strava data that you would like to share with the rest of the world? For example, using some interesting integrations or different ways to visualize your training data. Or maybe showing off those amazing achievements in some interesting ways?  We would love to understand when athletes are interested in sharing their data off Strava app. We would also love to see any examples of fun stuff you are doing with your data and how you represent your activities outside of Strava. I am not sure how many more emails or tweets I can send until I get one response from you guys? What is the point of paying for a service I cannot use?I tried logging into my strava account but it seems I was locked out and I'm not receiving the reset password email.I tried logging in again some time after the above mentioned attempt and for some reason it's created a fresh new account for some reason with the same email address.I needed to create a new dummy account just to post on this forum.Help, I'm a premium customer.Please contact me so I can provide my login email address. 

I have submitted two tickets to customer support regarding changing my Strava account to my new email, but I have not received a reply in three days. Could customer service attend to my request as soon as possible? The ticket numbers are #2907191 and #2904649.

Hi, I was wondering if someone would be able to advise.  According to my weekly summary I have so far ran 22.56km, but when I add up each activity i have done this week it comes to 22.54km. With this in mind I decided to check the last few weeks and they are the same, the total distance ran is 0.02 higher than the total I get when adding them up. Any idea why there is the discrepancy? Due to which I have to create another account so as to raise ticket but sadly this bit disappointing from Strava's end and annoying at times as my query is still in unresolved state. Is there a way of flagging or changing mistakes in Starva's route suggestions, that come upon the home page from time to time.I've noticed some mistakes in Welsh route names where words are missed out, which results in the names of the routes making no sense and irritating.Cymru am Byth.  

Strava you have no rights to my exercise data. Nor do you have the right to try to charge me to access my own data. You will never get a dime from me as long as you continue to try to run this site by trying to coerce paid memberships. My Data is My Data. It isn't yours to try to hold over my head for money. Your business model needs a rethink.

Why does it show “Power Watts” and not “Pulse Rate”?I have a GARMIN Venu 3 watchWhen I do my standard run, it shows Power Watts on strava, but if I do a test run, just turn on the workout on the watch and turn it off after 5 minutes, then the app shows “Heart Rate”. I would like the pulse to always show, how can I fix this, friends?

Hello Sträva users! I have recently created a Group Challenge that I am sharing with my work colleagues. I am able to see the challenge in the active section of the Strava app but I am unable to find it on the website version after I log in. I see all the other challenges I accepted but not the one I created and belong to. What I am I missing here?Would like to be able to bring it up at work and show the group progress but not seeing how to do so. Please advise.Thank youMark
