Let me start by saying thank you for Strava Maps and all features which comes with it. I want to list down a few issues I always face with this feature:1. When I try to access "my saved routes" on my phone, it is a multi-step process i.e. go to my profile (you)  -> Then on my icon (on top right) -> Click on "Routes" -> Click on the route I saved. When I am on a new trail (very often there's weak cell phone connection) and to load these four different pages is extremely frustrating. -- Surely there can be an easier way to access this feature.2. Please please save the preference in Map Settings i.e. whether or not I want to see gloabal heatmap / My Heatmap / Point of Interest.3. When Map is accessed via phone app, it shows random routes suggestion by default, again please save preference, so I don't have to do this multi-step process or opening a map then selecting maps only - every time.  - All the above 3 points are especially frustrating

We got a club for our local traininggroup. The creator of the strava club has moved and we could like to transfer the "ownership" of the strava club to an active member. How we do that with the risk of deleting the club? Thanks for your help.

Has someone else experienced a new UI when importing an exercise from Garmin devices, via Garmin connect? Or when I want to edit an exercise?To me it's a total mess now. I can't find the info I want to change. And the keyboard doesn't appear as it used to when I want to edit the text. I have to click around and pretend to edit other fields to get the keyboard visible. It feels like I have to click ten times more now than before.Please revert!

Hello. I've submitted a ticket yesterday about refunding my subscription. When will I recieve a response? It says solved but no one has reached out to me about the next steps so it's basically not solved. I record my activities through the Strava App on my Pixel Watch 2 directly.I have recently started pausing my activity during breaks and twice in the last 2 weeks I ended up accidentally pressing the "finish" button instead of "resume" after pausing because they are too close to each other. I think at the very least, a confirmation before finishing the activity feels like a better experience. Or make the resume button more significant than the big finish button would also be helpful in avoiding such accidental button presses.Moreover, the resume button also looks like a text rather than an actual button. 

I can’t figure out how to change the swim yardage in Strava that has been auto uploaded from Garmin Connect.  My Garmin watch does not records kick sets and sometimes I just push the wrong buttons or hit the lane lines which can push buttons, so I want to be able to correct what Garmin has uploaded to my Strava account.

Since a couple of weeks the routes I created do not show up in the android app anymore. When I navigate to Maps, routes, saved routes I constantly get the error message: Strava server does not respond, try again later. Since I see no other reports on this in this community, could it be that I have a "special route" or too many saved routes? 

It would be useful knowing what ideas have actually been approved and are in the development pipeline. At present it seems ideas are given but nothing thereafter.. 

Over the past few days, Strava appears to have rolled out some new changes and, personally, don't feel these are for the better.  A couple of "quality of life" changes appear to be reverted:1) Heatmapping - prior to this update, there are two aspects of this that were better than the current version.  First, cookies seemed to "save" your preferences.  Each time I create a route, it now seems that I have to go into the heatmap drop down, unselect global, and reselect My Heatmap.  Yes, takes 2 seconds but this is different from how it was prior.  The other problem is the intrusiveness of the heatmapping button which now overlays the map.  This, along with the segment button, was a far better UX design as real estate on the map is limited (see next comment).  Any time you are mapping routes to the northern and western sides of the map, these buttons frequently get in the way.2) Show Elevation- Enabling this now takes up half

Strava creates 2 separate post for the same event when scheduling an event Monthly-4th Week and Monthly-Last Week. I need the Strava to recognize 5th Week for scheduling oppose to Last Week since I want the event posted only when there’s a 5th week in the month.

Hello, I would like to know what is the instance from Strava and from the community in general regarding KOMs being conquered using e-Bikes for pacing/drafting.So here is the detailed situation. Someone got the KOM in a 5 minute MTB segment while being paced / drafting an e-Bike. Should he keep his KOM?ps: the KOM ranking in question is the regular one, not the e-Bike specific ranking.

Peninsula swimmer who goes a few times a week. Would be nice to go with someone else. I also am always looking for new spots to swim. Usually go to Rinconada or Menlo Swim. I also have access to a large pool in Santa Clara. 

Hi, I’ve submitted my first cancellation and refund ticket immediately after I was charged (13.9.2024). The ticket went straight to “solved” status without any follow up. After a couple of days I submitted another ticket explaining that my first one is marked as solved but i didn’t get any response. Second ticket is still in status “open”. About a week has passed and I still haven’t gotten any response. I understand your support team is handling a high number of requests, but would greatly appreciate if someone could look into it.

Hello,I'm not sure if this is the place to do this but I am desperate at this point. I signed up for the full Montreal marathon about 6 months ago but injured my knee a couple weeks ago. I know that now the transfers are to be done on-site the day of the race. But if you're interested in running the marathon please contact me. 

Good afternoon, somebody is blaming me for flagging one of his rides for performing it an e-bike instead of a road bike.He says Strava told him I flagged him, which is not true. Is it true that flagged persons are able to see who flagged them or ask the support to tell them?Is there any opportunity to find out who flagged one? Thanks in advance

If you haven't heard, the 2023 NYC Marathon took place on November 5, 2023 and it was an exciting one. A total of 51,402 runners participated in the event. Coming out of Addis Ababa Ethiopia, Tamirat Tola took home the 1st place finisher in the men's division. With a pace of 04:46 per mile, Tamirat finished the marathon in an official time of 2:04:58 breaking the course record Geoffrey Mutai set in 2011 by 8 seconds.  In the women's group from Boulder Colorado, Hellen Obiri took home the honor of finishing 1st. Her official finish time was 2:27:23 with a pace of 05:38 per mile. She also placed 29th overall. Overall the average time of all participants completing the marathon was 4:39:49. The average time of men finishing was 4:26:40 while the average time of women was 4:56:12. As an outsider who has never participated in a marathon I have to say, tackling a challenge like this and completing it is quite impressiv
