Hello, I have entered a couple of tickets. Tried to email the Strava support email which doesn’t work. I need to change my email but don’t have access to the current one to reset my password to then change my email address. How do I get someone to help me? Thanks, Tracey

Every autumn, on the steep streets of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, a local bike race is held that is not quite like any other. Called The Dirty Dozen, the race was founded in 1983 by Danny Chew, a former Pro Road Racer who has twice won the Race Across America. With his brother Tom and their friend Bob Gottlieb, Danny’s goal for the first Dirty Dozen was to find and ride Pittsburgh’s steepest hills. Hi!I'm new to Strava - signed up to track my challenge progress for CRUK. I did my first run today using my apple watch. It recorded fine and I had an email congratulating me for my first run. The link in that email opens in the Strava app on my iphone and shows me my run. But, when I go back to 'home' there is no activity showing for me. So, I now follow myself! I've linked my Strava to CRUK and it's showing no activity.I'm sure I'm doing something wrong but can someone please help!

I’ve been trying for nearly 2 years to reset my email and password as the existing ones are no longer usable.I have tried to get a response from Strava using both the in apps help support and emails.I’m only able to login through Facebook which I wish to no longer use.I would really appreciate it If someone could contact me as I’m finding things extremely frustrating as a financial member and getting no response. My account is locked with all activity active and I tried to change my password but it says that's not possible. I know my old account is still active because my friends can see my activity. My daughter has a Garmin Edge and uses Strave.  We are many times in places with no cell service so the Find My App on the phone cannot track her.  Is there a way for her to share her real time location with me if she does  not have cell service, but I do?

hey guys! I just ran a long run and uploaded it from Garmin connect. It usually works fine but the run is not connecting to the stats on my profile. I checked to see it's visibility ect n it says it was fine- anybody else had this?  Thank you!

Has anybody else had problems with Fitbit?I’ve recently done 2 x 5km runs and the information from my Fitbit device has differed massively when it’s linked to my Strava account. I’ve just completed a 5km run in 27ish mins and when the data reached Strava it said I’d done 3.24km in 18ish mins. The pace was the same at 5’32”/km. I've already deactivated and reactivated my Fitbit to Strava and that hasn’t helped. has anyone got any ideas?

Help! My Strava is not showing an accurate distance, often adding on more Km. How can I fix this bug? Thanks:)  

I am a paying user so please don’t answer with “subscribe ….”. I use an iPhone 15 pro max. Everything is updated, Strava app has been re-installed etc. Strava doesn’t show the church speed during cycling any more. When I start it takes at least a kilometre until a speed is shown at all. But right after showing it, it freezes for a few minutes. That issue repeats. So I never have the actual speed.  Curiously, the distance is shown correctly. I assume it’s not an gps issue. Has anybody a solution?

I have made ten routes to circle the state of Louisiana, in ten days.  I'd like to connect all ten routes, into one route.  Is there a way to do that?

There's a user who keeps uploading activities without having ridden them on a proper bicycle. It's a velomobile and therefore has almost no wind resistance. He sets KOMs on flat segments almost every single day, no matter the wind condition - with heart rates consistently low and sometimes not even pedaling. I have asked him nicely to properly designate his activities - no response. I have flagged all his activities - he unflags them and has started flagging some of mine as a response. I have already opened a ticket to report this user but I do want to make sure that such blatant acts of cheating and flouting the user guidelines are properly handled and the user's profile blocked. Hello Strava.I'm new to this app as I've looked for a different solution to track my caloric output during training sessions. I had heard that this was a good option for many sports and activities that I do for cross training (running, weightlifting, walking, yoga and HIIT) that support my Martial Arts practice. I had been using my Apple Watch to track calories but it is too big and dangerous to use while sparring and jiujitsu grappling so I moved to a Coros tracker in conjunction with Strava.I'm currently a black belt in mixed martial arts based in tae kwon do, brazilian jiujitsu, kickboxing and western boxing. Looking forward to interacting with Strava!

I am writing to you because of the latest update with Strava routes, they are very poorly generated, they are of the same type and do not correspond to the requests at all. I understand that the developers wanted to do the best, but I kindly ask you to return the previous version of generating routes for a premium account.

I feel that consistency is ultimately a leading factor when referring to progression. I think without continuity progress is unattainable and merely a mirage. I myself have slipped quite often these past few years and that basically relates back to me not being constant day in and day out. I've been taking more of an easy back door approach which is difficult to admit especially when referring to one's self, it's definitely not an easy thing to admit. I know all I can do is whatever may be necessary that particular day for me to do. But most importantly do not skip a day or days. I must remember that when it comes to goal setting, "one day at a time is unmistakenly number one!" 

How can we avoid aving club's memebers activities posted automatically on the post section in our club? We would like to keep the post feed dedicated to the general activites we want to promote.Thanks in advance for the support!

Et pourquoi ce n'est pas possible de revenir en arrière. J'ai fait un 24h récemment, lors du téléchargement il affiché bien 24.00.15 puis après le recalcule de la distance il affichait 18.40.12  J'ai voulue revenir à la distance d'origine mais ca n'a pas fonctionné. And why it's not possible to go back. Hi,Is anyone else having issues with Android and One UI with Strava and Push Notifications?For a while now i have been missing any notifications on the app being pushed to my phone, have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but now luck with that. I have recently updated my Phone Software but not resolved it, there has been at least one Strava App update but again no fix to this problem. Feel like i am missing lots of comments and replies and also activities by my favorite atheletes.I have submitted a ticket but there is minimal updates on the situation and i feel like i have been forgotten about, just want to know if the issue is widespread or specific to a certain OS version. I pay annually for the subscription that has went up but i feel like i am not really getting much for my money especially now that i have this issue. 

Recently My heat map stopped showing my water activities (kayaking, canoeing, etc).  Does anyone know if this will be fixed?
