We are happy to announce a new integration that allows Ladder app members to connect to their Strava account via the Ladder app. Currently, this app is only available on iOS and not Android.
Ladder gives you a strength training plan that fits into your schedule, every single day. And now you can automatically send your Ladder strength workouts to Strava, combining your running, cycling, and hiking data with your strength training data.
