Hi everyone, I suddenly stopped seeing the heart rate analysis on my activities (pie chart with heart zones). Not only on mu recent activities, but also older ones where there was. any ideas? Has it been taken off? thanks

Did weather data break? I don't see it populating for any 2024 rides on mobile or desktop. I do have Premium, and it's there for old rides. I'm seeing it as missing on other athlete's rides, too.  

I'm sorry if this has been asked before. I thought I had somewhat of a grip on fitness and relative effort, but this observation shakes everything I thought I knew.I went on a virtual ride today. I recorded the whole session on my Apple Watch with the Fitness App (indoor cycling activity. The recording on Strava: https://www.strava.com/activities/11579328823I also started a couple of different activities on Zwift and saved the one in the middle where I rode 20 minutes with the C bot. Since the full run includes the 20-minute segment, I do not understand how the relative effort can be so much higher for just that segment alone vs the full run. That I'm getting one point of fitness for this effort from Zwift seems off.  While I'm writing this, I'm answering my question here. Hi I’m new to Strava and open water swimming.i have a question re: tracking distance and time using my Garmin Venu 2 watch. As far as I know my watch cannot track open water swimming. Time yes, distance and gps, pretty sure not. I’ve downloaded the Swim Coach app and from my understanding, it can’t either. Anyways. I downloaded the Strava app and used it for the first time yesterday. To my surprise, I found this on my Strava when I got home. I’m delighted with it. But can somebody enlighten me which of the above produce this? My garmin venu 2 or swim coach app?  Many thanks!! 

If it wasn't for my GF, I wouldn't know - I get trophies, I see the trophies in my activity, however the achievements are showing differently in her feed. See here, my last two activities:  And this is how she sees the acitivities: I refreshed the acitivity achievements but no help. What am I missing here? Thanks.

I'm not getting Ride workout analysis for my rides, but my friends getting the same for their rides, What is stopping me to get this? Kind support pls. (images of mine and my friend rides are attached)

Hey guys! Just finished a 5k run and beat my pb with 24:06, but when i posted the run, it marked only 4,97km, so it does not count to my PB, eventhough when I stopped the run it said 5km. Does anyone know how can i fix that? or at least for the future?Ps: my phone is a xiaomi redmi note 10 5g

I have a Huawei GT Runner watch (which is great by the way) it syncs to Strava but Strava seems to end up showing a different (usually very slightly shorter) distance, which then throws the pace stats etc.. Why is this? Does Strava recalculate the GPS stats?Thanks

Hi Guys  Would love If strava would give KOM badges by age group. I'm 60 and cycle a lot I cant get near the top but within age category I'm up there. At 60 I'm never going to beat 25 year olds but just because we are veterans dosnt mean that we are not competitive with our age group.   What do you all think 🤔 🤔 

Yesterday, on June 2nd, 2024, I first uploaded the route from my Android and it showed that it was my 2nd best marathon time. Then I uploaded the same route from the Bryton Rider 15 and deleted the route recorded by the Android. Now it incorrectly shows that it is my 3rd marathon time, even though it is actually my second best time. Refreshing the activity achievements doesn't help. What should I do to display it correctly?

Hi, im struggling with the Strava app on my iPhone 13 Pro. I just downloaded it and was reddy for a active summer. But it won't work. At the start I tried the app and seemed cool but suddenly it just died on me. if I now try to go in to the app I will meet the " something went wrong, pleas try again" tag. the screen is white and I can't log out or do anything. I recently loaded the official Strava route for the Ford RideLondon Essex event.I am now wanting to delete the route from my profile - but the Delete option no longer exists for that route - same on the computer and the iPhone.The route link is from https://www.strava.com/athletes/22990931Anby thoughts on how to get rid of it as it appears locked out.  

   

For about 2 weeks the Strava app has consistently taken about 1.5 minutes to load on my iPhone. I’ve tried reinstalling the app and I’ve tried different WiFi and also mobile data. No difference.

When importing a run from Polar into Strava, Strava always cuts off some moving time. See pictures below. I ran for 46:47. This was correctly recorded by Polar. When the activity is imported into Strava, it says I ran the same distance in 44:53. Why is this?When running, I always manually pause my Polar watch at traffic lights. Auto-pause in Strava is turned off.

I've set a new PR for 5k several times now but it never updates. However, 1/2 marathon PR updated on the 1st.

Parallel mitlaufenden andere Apps zeichnen richtig auf. Woran kann das liegen ? Ortungssysteme, Standortverwenden, etc. ist ok. I am attempting to download the Strava app on my daughter's Apple watch.  I have been able to download on her iPhone, but when trying to download onto the watch I receive the following error message: ""com.strava.stravaride.watchapp" is not allowed to be installed on this Apple Watch due to device management restrictions."I have reached out to Apple Support and they instructed me to contact the app developer for guidance. Any suggestions?

I'm just curious, but when someone starts following you, Strava sends a notifcation of that:  "xyz is following you; follow back"When a person unfollows someone they were following, does that person know somehow?(this is mostly privacy related)Thanks

There might be a bug in the personal heatmap in iOS app. Basically all my mountain bike rides this year are not displayed on the personal heatmap in iOS app (ski activities are displayed though), and all these missing records are correctly displayed on the  personal heatmap from the the website.So I think there might be some inconsistency in between app's and website's personal heatmap. Does the sport type filter "Rides" in iOS app only filter "Ride" activities but not "MountainbikeRide" activities?
