Hi, I'm trying to build a small app for my company's Strava club to track weekly "winners" similar to how the club page shows "Distance / Total Running Time / Climbing" leaderboard entries and ran into a few issues in the process that I'd like to raise as well as a suggestion on how to mitigate why I think you built the API the way you did.My goal is to track the 1st/2nd/3rd place for each week and accumulate "medals" for people over the course of the year. Additionally, I'd like to store and keep certain things updated such as "Longest Run This Year" or "Most Elevation In A Run This Year" and post when someone sets a new record. However, I ran into a few issues with the Clubs API and would like to see if there's a different way to accomplish this OR if I can make suggestions instead:Club API doesn't return a timestamp for activities when you call getClubActivitiesById. We are seeing an empty payload being returned from the clubs endpoint for most users since this AM:https://www.strava.com/api/v3/clubs/nnnn/activities&per_page=100No errors, just a 200 and an empty array. No changes on our end, no changes to the API that I can see?I don't see anything in the API status: https://status.strava.com/

On may 18th, I was editing one of my shoes from the iOS Strava app. After a run, I went to « my shoes » section, saw the proper list as usual :mizuno wave Daichi 7 salomon ultra glide 3 mizuno wave ultima 16 « pour tapis » Mizuno wave rider 28 bleu vertthose last ones are my usual pair of shoes for the running. So I clicked on it to « modify » , check the « make default » box, and validated.once back to the list, this pair disappeared ! I checked the « retired shoes » section, it’s not there. I have an old pair of « mizuno wave rider 28 », but it’s an old one. The new one had « bleu vert » at the end to make the distinction.I went to check all the runs I’ supposed to have done with those shoes, and the shoes reference has left, there’s a sad «-« character instead.of course, it’s annoying. I have tried to ask for help from the support, but I’ve been told that « they are limited to investigate these sorts of issues », which, I won’t lie, puzzled me for the rest of the week… so ? Ive just noticed that Strava has removed a segments that has been in our community for years.For example we used to have a segment called ‘Tactical Nuclear Penguin’. It looks like Strava has deleted it via the new AI you use because it was a double up of a segment. You have deleted the name we want to keep and left the name we dont want to keep (Zig Zag LOG 2).Theres no option to change this or add a second segment. This is ridiculous. especially when someone hasn't created the start and finish of the segment correctly. It only lets me create a private segment which is pointless. Please change this back to how it used to be Strava. its super annoying. WE WANT OUR SEGMENTS BACK.  

How much Time Strava does respond to a subscription refund because I've sent you a refund request email with the terms explained by old support. how long to take the reply, because I was surprised there was no notification and immediately subscribed for a year. too much money was cut from my e-wallet, please help team strava thats money for my school. I’m an endurance cyclist, and I’ve noticed that Strava only counts the day I start a ride as an “active day,” even when the ride spans multiple calendar days. For endurance events that extend beyond a single day, Strava still considers it as just one active day.This seems like a bug or a design limitation, as it doesn't accurately reflect the effort and time spent riding over multiple days. Ideally, each calendar day that includes recorded activity should be counted as an active day to better represent multi-day endurance efforts.

I keep getting marked as solved but my case isnt even solved yet. I need the refund, it’s for my allowance but not it’s gone. 

For some reason, I have three accounts. My subscription account says it cannot import any data and my other two accounts of activities that I’ve been doing for the last couple of weeks. I don’t wanna lose any of that data. I want them to be transferred to my original account and have my subscription reinstated. Every time I try to reinstate the purchase it gives me an error message and tells me to contact customer service. They send me endless lists of documents that make no sense and I can now process. I’ve been working on this for hours and days and I’m getting really frustrated. Does anybody know what to do here?

My PRs are not showing in my activities. My Garmin displays PRs but Strava isn’t recognizing them. I has done it before, and I’ve not changed any settings but it’s not doing it now. When I look at my best efforts, it’s not my recent best effort. It’s frustrating as this is how I can easily see my PRs. Any ideas on how to fix??

Hi,I've noticed that in the past few days, geotagged user photos are no longer visible on activity maps or route planning heatmaps on the web version of Strava (they were clickable blue dots).Instead, I now see commercial POIs (e.g., pubs, even McDonald's, Burger King,) that never appeared before?I use Strava primarily to explore routes based on local photos, (in particular trail conditions of remote places), and this was a key reason I paid for membership.Can you please confirm if this is a permanent change or a bug. If possible, I’d like the previous behavior with photo overlays restored?Thank you.

Hi there, Are passcodes now mandatory? I seem to have been switched and am now required to log in via a one time passcode each time I log in on my mac which is something I really don’t want to have to do. I’m very happy using a password, all a passcode does for me is fills up my inbox, if everyone started doing this it would have an absolute cluster. J

Has anyone had and solved a pairing issue between a Series 7 Apple Watch and iPhone? The app on the phone has all the settings turned on but won’t show the orange check mark for Motion & Fitness and the “Finish” bar is grayed out. Thanks!

My maps appear to have gone all zigzaggy. This makes the distance longer. I have turned my phone and location on and off. I doesn’t seem to have made a difference. Any other ideas? Thank you. 

Hi everyone!I am struggling with a strange problem. I changed my phone in January and it was necessary to log back into my Strava account. When I did this, instead of logging into my account, a new account was created, with the same email. In my “new” account I found the “right” one with all my activities and photos, so it exists.  I tried the password reset option, but I don't get any message with a link to do it. Has anyone had a similar situation? I wrote to support, but apparently they have a lot of requests and the waiting time is extended. Thank you in advance for your help.

Did a bike ride yesterday, got notification that it was uploaded, changed title and saved it. But it’s not showing in my feed or in my activity list. It is included in the weekly total, but that’s it.
