The stats display has changed on photos that I share.from Strava. How do I change it back. The stats now cover most of the picture instead of being a banner at the bottom. See the difference below. 

I would like to be able to delete all my photos before a specific date. To reduce the space my photos take up. It is good when sharing but after 1 year for example, it is no longer necessary.

Just today I find I can no longer sync Samsung Health with Strava as the button under services is greyed out. I've reinstalled both apps 2 or 3 times now & allowed all permissions but it still won't work Any suggestions please?

I played a round of Golf yesterday whilst wearing my Garmin S62 watch. Previously the activity uploaded to Strava which included a map of the activity i.e walking route taken. However recently the activity map is not uploading to Strava whilst the basic details are.

Heat maps are so great but I feel like making them activity specific takes a huge amount of value out of them. Especially when they are split up between trivial differences like Run and Trail Run (or even Hike for that matter). Does anyone know why this decision was made? Any word of just One Heat Map™ on the horizon?

I am puzzled that Strava on my IPhone 14Pro or Samsung S20+ 5G always records longer distances and different elevation to my other devices. I have attached two printouts from GPSSee which superimposes the tracks. The Samsung/iPhone Strava tracks are always the longest with about ten per cent added to a track of about 16km.. The other devices are WorkOutDoors on an Apple Watch, Bad Elf GPS Pro, Garmin Fenix 7X Pro Solar and a Dual XGPS160. Why is this happening as ChatGPT does not have a solution? Thanks.

I tried a payment method for a year subscription. It looked like the payment didnt go through, as I the subscription features stayed locked on my app. After successfully paying with a different method and gaining access to the subscription features, I’ve noticed the payment using the first option DID go through. I’ve been charged twice for a yearly subscription now. How can I get reimbursed?

One of my workouts didn’t transfer from my apple watch, how do i access to where i transfer it. Sometimes when this happens it a little page pops up but it hasn’t.

The idea came when thinking about where I’ve recorded Strava runs and wanting to see that on a map just like you can use stats and hearts on google maps to tag places you’ve been and zoom out on the map and see all the places. this would be a super cool feature to have for our activities/runs where you can have a map as a base layer and then in the activities layer you can checkbox “all activities” or specific like run/swim and this would populate the map with our gps route. This can have also like a heat map sort of aspect to it to show with color the most common places you have activities recorded. 1-2 years of Strava premium for this awesome unique idea would be appreciated (: 

  3D view map preview is selected by default for all trail runs. I see it a lot in my feed because most of people who I follow are trail runners. I find that the 3D map hurts usability of Strava more than it helps. With the 2D map, just by glancing at the map preview, I often instantly know where the run was - many shapes of trails are easily recognizable. But with the 3D map a good part of the route is often obstructed by terrain like in the example below. That is because the view is always oriented south to north. So unless the activity was on a south slope or the terrain is fairly flat, the 3D map often looks quite terrible and useless to convey a good information about the activity.  I find that I often want to switch back to the normal 2D map, and that is glitchy by the way. Often I switch the map at the same time as editing a run title and details but it doesn't get switched. And then I have to edit the activity and change it again.  I'd really like an option to r

When calling the GET /activities/{id} endpoint, I referred to the sample JSON structure in the Strava API documentation. What could be the reason for this? I want to display the avatars of these highlighted kudos users. How can I achieve this? Do I need to call additional endpoints to get this information? My question is, since the highlighted_kudosers field exists in the official documentation's sample JSON, why is it completely absent in the actual response? I want to display the power-to-weight ratio during cycling activities, and I need to obtain the athlete's weight information that matches the activity data (this information is usually available on cycling computers). However, Strava only provides the weight information from the user's last update. How can I retrieve the athlete's weight at the time the activity was uploaded? Are there any solutions for this?🤔

In December I noticed I couldn’t view, edit or create routes in the broswer (I tried them all). My routes still appear on the strava app. This is one of the main reasons I pay for Strava.When I try to create a route in browser I get the following error message…“Error: Sorry, we couldn’t complete that action. Please try plotting the point again.This can occur when routing across large distances, so try plotting more frequent waypoints that are closer together.”I’ve tried to create a ticket but it is still unanswered since December - I got a few emails saying they would be slow to reply but nothing more.Am I missing something or is this just how Strava is now?

I’ve noticed that recently my activities no longer show calories burned, either on the main dashboard or within the full activity details. Instead, I’m now seeing average power displayed. I haven’t changed my recording device or settings, and this issue started suddenly. I’ve confirmed that my weight is entered in my profile, and I’m using Garmin Fenix 7s to record the activity. This issue affects all my recent trail runs.Could you please help me understand why the calorie data is missing and how I can get it back?

Does anyone know why my pace is so different to my friends I run with? We run together or often I'm further ahead yet her pace&time is always much faster than mine. We've both updated phones & apps. I ran with another friend today and mine was slower again!
