Logged Out on iOS? Here’s How to Get Back In
I’m using the app to track my walks this year, I don’t run. I went to my statistics and they are empty, it seems you only offer statistics for running and cycling? Is there a place where walkers can simply see how far they’ve walked so far this year?
Does anyone know how to delete/reset the Strava - Peloton integration? We learned the hard way that Peloton does not validate emails during their setup process. So we bought a bike, thought we logged into my wife’s correct Peloton account on the bike screen (but mispelled her email), then integrated with Strava. Later we realized we had the wrong (inaccessible) Peloton account and corrected that, but now cannot connect the correct Peloton account with her Strava account because Strava returns an error that there is already a Peloton account associated with that Strava account. We cannot “deactivate” the integration from the Peloton end because that email does not actually exist (and the Peloton account deleted.) We have repeatedly tried to get support from Strava, but they just keep replying to our ticket with responses about how to change our STRAVA email, not understanding that we are trying to reset/delete the Strava/Peloton integration to start over. Yesterday (14/01/2025), I could make requests to the Strava API without any problems. I have a galaxy fit 3, it syncs to strava through samsung health. But my heart rate data from every workout only shows in samsung health app and not strava although the activity spears in strava. How to I make my heart rate data appear in strava?

Since a few days my new activities aren’t added to my personal heatmap anymore in both Android and web. I tried to forceclose via settings in android, then unselect/reselect heatmap but it doesn’t allow with the errormessage “personal heatmap failed to load”. In web it does allow unselect/select, but nothing really happens, the old heatmap is not updated. added strava to whitelist for site cookies. emptied cache in android after forceclose. added to whitelist adblocker. tried editing the new activities, i use windows/chrome for web. nothing works. thank you for looking into this, this option is quite important to me. I am looking for a way to export all my activities in a form of the sharepic which I can create inside the app.The API documentation was not giving me any hint on how to achieve this, anyone who has done that yet?
As I understand, the week resets on Monday. However, my weekly goal reset earlier today (Sunday). Am I missing something?

Is there any way of setting up a challenge - where total miles in the challenge - but cycle miles are only counted as 33% of the total ridden..IE - 30 mile bike ride = 10 miles towards the challengewhere as a 10 mile run = 10 miles.. The owner of the challenge could weight all activities however they wanted. For exampleSwimming - 10xRunning - 1xCycling - 0.33xHiking - 1.5x Then the winner would be the one with most “miles” (points) at the end of the challenge

so out of nowhere my Garmin watch dnd Strava not syncing anymore. Any ideas?
How on earth does this work? I have a Galaxy Fit 3 and Samsung Galaxy A55. I understand that you toggle on Strava as a synced service through Samsung Health. The watch and phone are synced fine. I’ve given Strava and Samsung Health all permissions, including physical activity and sensors. What shows in the Strava app when they are successfully synced? In the settings bit, I can click two different things. One - ‘Connect an app or device’ with a little watch icon. And two -Manage apps and devices’. The first opens a screen of different watches available, and I select Samsung. It then says ‘visit our support page to connect’ and has a orange ‘get started’ button at the bottom. When clicked, it’s a support post about connecting it - all of which I have done. When I press back, it briefly flashes up with ‘error connecting your device’. The wheel spins in the top right corner of the Strava app too. What do I need to do from within the Strava app to sync and connect?
On a specific segment my previous PR was 3:07min, dropped to 2:30min today and registered as my new PR on that segment however the leaderboard for the segment still shows my old PR.. Any ideas? Seems broken..
A couple of feature requests:- Would love to be able to filter my activity feed to only show certain types of activities. Like maybe I'm interested in people's runs but I don't really care to see their daily walk/bike commutes?- Same on the post side: if I could automatically post certain types but keep others private (unless I decide to post later.)- The dream would be if I could choose to mute certain types of activities from particular people. Like maybe I like seeing when my dad takes a walk every few days. But that friend whose watch auto-posts their every step? No so much. But maybe I don't want to mute that person because I do actually want to see their runs. Just not their 30-second walk to the corner store.Thanks! 😄K p.s. I'm in Canada, not Indonesia. in my club on strava some are using manual entries, the club is a triatlon club so tracks swim,bike,run activities, if someone manual uploads a swim for 1 hour this is registered in the club leader boards, is there a way we can not include manual activities
I tried installing/uninstalling the app multiple times, logging out and in , turning phone and watch on an off, but the run doesn’t show up on the app. It shows imported from the Health app but somehow doesn’t appear on the Activities page. Manual Gtx file uploads are highly inaccurate. Thanks

Lately, I have a problem with showing rides on the dashboard page. When I load the ride it appears normally during activities. The next time I see only the rides of my friends on the dashboard page. Mine aren't here. On the Training - My activities page, all my rides are normally visible. What's wrong with the Dashboard page?I have an annual subscription.Thank you
