As many of you know a segment can become “stale” e.g.: a trail has been changed so that a challenge for the KOM is impossible and making a new segment doesn't work cause it'll be repopulated by the older rides. Awarding a Silver Crown KOM to the leader in the segment for the calendar year. This might spark some competition there where it otherwise is not. I’d love to hear if anyone thinks this is a good idea.

I recently purchased Powerbeats Pro 2 with build-in heart rate sensor. Although the heart rate monitor is on and working, the Strava app does not pick up the signal. I’m out of ideas to pair it up.

Strava in the last week is wrong, I'm guessing GPS issue but have tried the troubleshooting suggestions but still not correct, I know the route and use 2nd app so am confident on the details ...example 5k  in 40m strava will say its 9.5k and I did a pb 🤪Any others suggestions how I can fix it 

For the last month, rarely can I upload images without seeing this message:"Processing Media. Tap to see progress"When it happens, I can see broken images, tag one as the highlight, but they do not appear in the app or browser.  The "processing" message never goes away.  I've tried waiting to save the activity until the spinner stops (indicating a completed upload) but it never does.

All my correctly synced activities are only showing up under the YOU tab not on the homepage feed. Others can see my activities correctly as I am getting kudos. However the only way I can see them is via the YOU tab? This is only a recent issue,  it used to work perfectly and I have not changed any settings. 

Hi there, nobody in their activity feed can see my uploaded rides anymore? Does anyone know why and how i can fix it? Cheers±

Today I won my first race. Unfortunately, I can’t show this off to other people (the main purpose of social media of course), because it is not appearing in their feed. I asked a friend if he could see my activity and he could, but he had to specifically search it and nothing popped up on his feed. Btw: my warming-up appears, my cooling down not.Any solution? Thanks.

I’ve noticed the last few Saturdays (maybe other days too) that my activity feed isn’t updated with many of my friends activities. So weird. Anyone notice the same thing?

After I updated my Strava app a few days ago, I can no longer find the ‘crop activity’ option in the usual ellipsis menu. I need to use it on a recent activity where I forgot to stop before I went for a drive (face palm). Unfortunately, I forget to end Strava activities quite often, so I need to use this function a few times a year! I’ve tried on site and app and no luck yet. Anyone know how to do this now?

However, for a while, the data has not been reflected properly, and recently, the icon for installing Strava app has not been viewed on Google Play and the App Store. Do you have any plans to suspend or reduce services to South Korea? If so, please answer the specific schedule plan.

I bought for 70 euro's on Google Pay.What is didn't see, that my Google Pay and Strava-mail don't match.Now i got 70 euro's on a different mailadres and no Premium.Can i change the e-mailadres on strava what is connected to Google Pay or am i doomed to make a whole new strava account?

Hi Everyone,Wondering if anyone has a fix for my subscription issue. I was recently travelling in Mexico, since returning to Canada my subscription isn’t valid. When I attempt to renew, it shows the Mexican currency so I’m thinking there’s a bug on their end.I troubleshooted (logged out, deleted and reinstalled application, restored purchase), created a ticket weeks ago with no response, and since written the strava support email.I’m travelling again, looking for routes, but get blocked by the subscription wall every time. Can anyone offer a solution here? I’ve debated starting a new account but seems unnecessary. I understand they’re getting caught up on tickets, but this seems too long.Thanks in advance!

I have tried to contact support twice during the last weeks by creating a support issue from the Strava app. I am trying to change my old email address that is registered for Strava that has been deleted for many years. I don´t have the password to change the email to my new address. I expected a reply to my new address but I feel my support issues are simply ignored. I also sent 2 emails to the support team, and still no answer yet... How can it be so hard to change something so simple?...

Hi,I’m trying to export power data from an activity using the Strava API. I have a request that fetches the activity stream with the watts parameter. When a power meter was used during the activity, the values are returned correctly. However, if the activity was performed without a power meter, the API returns an empty stream.I noticed that in other places, such as the average_watts field, the API provides a value based on estimated power without any issues. Additionally, on the Analysis tab of the Strava activity page, it’s possible to view estimated power at each time point.Is there a way to retrieve estimated power through the API so that it appears in the activity stream? Maybe there’s another endpoint or parameter that should be included?Thanks for your help!

Hi, Strava map query here: as of lately, when I click on the map recorded by Wahoo/Strava, all I get is my 'naked' route, ie just the outlines of my route but no background map at all to click on and enlarge, so no option to home in on the 'real' map to go over where I've been. Yikes. Am I going wrong somewhere, or is this Strava's naff idea of an update?!?
