Why can’t i see power zones map in Strava? I use Wahoo’s heart rate monitor, speed and cadence sensors, yet I cannot see the Zone1-5 readings. Are these sensors and monitors sufficient to calculate the training zones? Please advise.

Hello, I thanks since a few weeks strava doesn’t update the Moving time After sync workout. i use the Apple Watch and the workout running app to record my runs. When i’m done, i open the strava app and sync the workout. After few seconds the run is on strava. in the past, strava analyses the run and updates the Moving time. So stopping formtraffic light was deleted but now my avg speed etc is worse and i cannot compare my progress. ‘is this a setting i can change myself? mny thanks in advanced jeroen
Hi,I am referring to Driving Directions – Strava Support.My route starts from Home, goes through various places, and then ends back at Home.When I follow the instructions in the above link, my navigation app (Google Maps) basically just says I am Home, because the directions are only from the ‘Start location’ to the ‘End location’, which are both Home.Google Maps supports multiple locations. Please could the feature be fixed, such that the multi-point route is also reflected on the Navigation Apps?Many thanks.
could not create a route, weather it is short or long distant, i am getting an error message which is "Error: Sorry, we couldn’t complete that action. Please try plotting the point again.This can occur when routing across large distances, so try plotting more frequent waypoints that are closer together."
Hi everyone,I’ve been enjoying the "My Year in Sport" feature and taking a closer look at the data it shows for 2024, but I’ve noticed some inconsistencies that are rather confusing, and I’m wondering if anyone else has come across this?For example, in my summary, the total distance for "Ride" is listed as 3,880 km, and for "E-Bike Ride," it’s 1,005 km. However, when I check my Training Log and YTD data, the numbers are 3,885.8 km for "Ride" and 1,005.9 km for "E-Bike Ride." Even when I include the small distance from a few "Velomobile Ride" activities, the total still doesn’t seem to add up to the figure shown in the summary.It gets even more baffling when looking at the overall total distance for all activities in 2024. My Training Calendar summary says 5,741.3 km, "My Year in Sport" says 5,753 km, and the Training Log for All Sports shows 5,728.8 km.What’s odd is that at least for running, everything seems to match up perfectly. We’re not too near to our api limits, but do get close sometimes. Our system is only interested in activities or types of Swim, Bike, Run, or Walking. I don’t think I’ve seen anything, but I was wondering if there was a way to stop Strava webhook from sending e.g. Skiing activities/Paddle Boarding. As querying those only wastes our api limits.
Is there a way for me to add "Rucking" as an option under "Foot Sports?"

I went hiking the day before my flight and forgot to finish the activity session. Consequently, strava recorded the 12,000 km flight as part of the activity.My issue is that now, whenever I go to that activity to close it, strava crashes. This means that I cannot record new sessions. 😞 Any ideas on how I can solve this?

I’ve tried to restart my phone ,log out and log back in, installed the las test version and try everything again, but none of them solve the issue.Could someone help me to fix this issue please
After previous ride my Rapha Festive 500 Challenge had 365km completed(which is correct), after todays additional 56 KM , stats show I completed 340km. My activities are public, nothing hidden. Anyone else experienced this?

At the time of setting up my api application, I added 1 in Number of athletes allowed to connect and Number of athletes currently connected. How can I change this. As I am trying to use the app its giving me error - Error 401: Limit of connected athletes exceeded.
Is there any way of setting up a challenge - where total miles in the challenge - but cycle miles are only counted as 33% of the total ridden..IE - 30 mile bike ride = 10 miles towards the challengewhere as a 10 mile run = 10 miles..
Hi I have a stages power meter which recorded my power for a ride today on both a Garmin watch and headset. Both recorded 208w average. I had no stops and the Garmin and Strava time was the same, 1:42. However on the Strava app it has logged my ave watts as 181w. 27w lower than both Garmin tools. On the Garmin website it has recorded 199w weighted ave power. Very confused??
Hello Strava Community, My application has reached the 999-athlete connection limit, and I’ve already emailed developers@strava.com to request an increase. However, the limit is causing errors for my users, and it’s taking some time to get a response from Strava support. In the meantime, I’d like to disconnect some inactive athletes to make space for new users. Is there an endpoint or method available to remove specific athletes from the connected list? Boa tarde,I don’t know when this first started happening, but the media (pictures or videos) I upload during my activities are no longer labelled with the time they were taken. Thinking it might’ve been a thing for my most recent activities, I went back to older ones only to find out that these also don’t have their correspondent timestamp. Not on the mobile app, nor on my PC.I was going through account settings, but couldn’t really find anything useful to bring this feature back. Was this a definite change? I see on strava status there are problems. We are facing problems submitting activities via API. Normally this is very stable for years for us so we are pretty sure strava API has errors. Anyone else seeing this?
Is this just me or has the iOS app started eating much more mobile data lately? Last month, I've noticed an unusually high amount of mobile data used by Strava. I thought it might have been because I've uploaded a video to one of my activities while being on cellular data. Anyway, I thought I'd keep an eye on this; with a new billing month, I usually reset the mobile data stats, so I've done that: and after 2 weeks, I can see that Strava is the #1 on the mobile data eaters list again, with 1.59 GB. 😳I haven't really changed the way how I use the mobile app. I do not use it to track my runs/walks in the real time (I record those with the AW native workout app and import afterwards). I'd sometimes use the maps during an activity to get directions, or scroll through the timeline to deal some kudos when traveling, and upload my activities (typically, when I finish a run, I'd do the upload while stretching yet outside / on mobile data). Hello!Today I recorded a Hike activity on my watch. I use Huawei GT5 Pro. For syncing with Strava I use 3rd party app called “Health Sync”.The problem is that the elevation gain measured by the watch is 1004,1m and in the Strava activity is 732m. Other thing I noticed is that the the route, built in Strava maps, shows gain of 721m.This makes me think that Strava uses the map of the file to determine the elevation gain and it is ignoring the data from the sync app. After all I am not sure if this data is actually provided.All of my hikes has the elevation gain compromised. How can mountain bike park administrators manage open and closed bike trails to appear or not at Strava?Do to maintanance and soil conservation at San Nicolas Totolapan, a mountain park in Mexico City Mountains some of the trail that face severe erosion will be closed while opening new options, is there a way to ask Strava to no longer have this trails online while redirecting routes and do soil conservation.Also we are having probles with real trial names and users nicknames?
