Hi I'm not seeing my Year In Sports 2024 after updating the app. Pls help

Hello, I’m having an issue with the progress chart, it doesn’t update on the chart when I finish my run and upload it. I’ve tried to restart my phone ,log out and log back in, installed the las test version and try everything again, but none of them solve the issue.Could someone help me to fix this issue please 

After previous ride my Rapha Festive 500 Challenge had 365km completed(which is correct), after todays additional 56 KM , stats show I completed 340km. My activities are public, nothing hidden. Anyone else experienced this?

Hello,On the strava app, my run appears in my activities, but it is not taken into account in the weekly progress graph. I tried turn off my phone, recording a new run activity, the graph is still not updated.Best,

At the time of setting up my api application, I added 1 in Number of athletes allowed to connect and Number of athletes currently connected. How can I change this. As I am trying to use the app its giving me error - Error 401: Limit of connected athletes exceeded.

Is there any way of setting up a challenge - where total miles in the challenge - but cycle miles are only counted as 33% of the total ridden..IE - 30 mile bike ride = 10 miles towards the challengewhere as a 10 mile run = 10 miles..

Hi I have a stages power meter which recorded my power for a ride today on both a Garmin watch and headset. Both recorded 208w average. I had no stops and the Garmin and Strava time was the same, 1:42. However on the Strava app it has logged my ave watts as 181w. 27w lower than both Garmin tools. On the Garmin website it has recorded 199w weighted ave power.  Very confused??

Hello Strava Community, My application has reached the 999-athlete connection limit, and I’ve already emailed developers@strava.com to request an increase. However, the limit is causing errors for my users, and it’s taking some time to get a response from Strava support. In the meantime, I’d like to disconnect some inactive athletes to make space for new users. Is there an endpoint or method available to remove specific athletes from the connected list? Thank you for any guidance!

Boa tarde,I don’t know when this first started happening, but the media (pictures or videos) I upload during my activities are no longer labelled with the time they were taken. Thinking it might’ve been a thing for my most recent activities, I went back to older ones only to find out that these also don’t have their correspondent timestamp. Not on the mobile app, nor on my PC.I was going through account settings, but couldn’t really find anything useful to bring this feature back. Was this a definite change? I see on strava status there are problems.  We are facing problems submitting activities via API.  Normally this is very stable for years for us so we are pretty sure strava API has errors.  Anyone else seeing this? 

Is this just me or has the iOS app started eating much more mobile data lately? Last month, I've noticed an unusually high amount of mobile data used by Strava. I thought it might have been because I've uploaded a video to one of my activities while being on cellular data. Anyway, I thought I'd keep an eye on this; with a new billing month, I usually reset the mobile data stats, so I've done that: and after 2 weeks, I can see that Strava is the #1 on the mobile data eaters list again, with 1.59 GB. 😳I haven't really changed the way how I use the mobile app. I do not use it to track my runs/walks in the real time (I record those with the AW native workout app and import afterwards). I'd sometimes use the maps during an activity to get directions, or scroll through the timeline to deal some kudos when traveling, and upload my activities (typically, when I finish a run, I'd do the upload while stretching yet outside / on mobile data). Hello!Today I recorded a Hike activity on my watch. I use Huawei GT5 Pro. For syncing with Strava I use 3rd party app called “Health Sync”.The problem is that the elevation gain measured by the watch is 1004,1m and in the Strava activity is 732m. How can mountain bike park administrators manage open and closed bike trails to appear or not at Strava?Do to maintanance and soil conservation at San Nicolas Totolapan, a mountain park in Mexico City Mountains some of the trail that face severe erosion will be closed while opening new options, is there a way to ask Strava to no longer have this trails online while redirecting routes and do soil conservation.Also we are having probles  with real trial names and users nicknames?  Who should we contact?

I emailed Strava Support two weeks ago and haven’t heard anything from them, even after sending a follow-up message this week.  Is there any other way to talk with a human?  The AI bot is completely useless.

A gym I am using has Technogym equipment (Bike & Rowing) - I have connected the Strava & Technogym/MyWellness accounts in the respective apps, but the synchronization does not seem to fully work:- Bike rides (that I tracked with my bike computer and sync with Strava) are imported into MyWellness - Rows in the gym (that I tracked with the Technogym app) are not imported into Strava Any ideas? Thanks! Edit: In Strava, I enabled the 'Partner Integration' and also granted access to the mywellness cloud app.

Curious to know if there’s something I’m missing with imported data and how it reflects with Best Efforts.With -25°c weather, I’m running indoors on a treadmill. I’m using the Apple Workout for tracking the run and then using RunGap to import into Strava.I completed a 10k yesterday that would qualify as a Top 10 10k for run time, but it hasn’t populated into my Best Efforts. Is this a limit of the data being imported, or a limit of the run being indoors even? Thanks!

Hi Strava team. I recently (about a week and a half ago) made updates on OpenStreetMap to a local trail system (Oak Mountain State Park in Pelham/Birmingham AL) to add a couple of new trails and fix a couple of trail routing issues within the Strava route builder. However, these fixes, while showing up in OpenStreetMaps still, have not yet updated within the Strava route builder. I am curious the typical timeline between updating maps/trails in OpenStreetMap and them being usable in Strava? Thanks.

There doesn’t appear to be a hide function for segments I haven’t ridden.  There are many old segments cluttering my local heat map from old charity rides/events for instance that no one records anymore. This one is from 2012, 9 riders total, as an example: https://www.strava.com/segments/2481219However, hovering over it does seem to initiate a hide button on any page I can find.Is there a way I am missing to do this?Thank,Mike

So I use 2 devices for cycling. My Garmin Enduro 2 watch (backup) & my Wahoo bike computer (priority).When I look at my "activities" I see both are reported.A) are both workouts calculated in my "year end review numbers" - so inflating all my distance, elevation, total time numbers? Or does the system some how account for duplicates automatically & only tally one (or average both & tally)?B) some duplicate activities show as "a Group Activity" and yet some are not. Why & how does this affect A?C) if these duplicate activities are inflating my year end numbers, how do I fix it? Do I have to manually delete hundreds of Garmin cycling duplicates activities?

This is driving me nuts. There are several segments in the climbs near me which have KOMs with OBVIOUS bad GPS data; in some cases the entire Top-10 is comprised of rides with bad GPS! I’m talking OBVIOUS bad: Like 215 mph, 91mph, tons of 60-80mph -- up 12% hills! The GPS map on Strava shows them riding over water, trees, looping over roads, going in straight lines through the forest, etc.Most of them can be flagged. It’s annoying that Strava can’t figure out how to automatically flag an 80 or 200 mph segment, but oh well. BUT there are several rides -- including KOMs! -- which can NOT be flagged! When you try to flag it, you fill out the “reason” box, click the “flag” button, and the box just clears. I’ve tried multiple browsers, with multiple flagging reasons, over multiple days. No matter WHAT, some of these BOGUS KOMs and Top-10s simply cannot be flagged!WHAT GIVES?Also: Why are there certain segments which have sooooooooo many bad GPS errors?

Hello, I'm using the getClubActivities endpoint to keep a tally of individual rides in my club. I would like to limit the response to a certain date, or at least to a certain week (i.e. this week). Is there a way to do this? Getting the date of the activity in the API Response would be enough.  Lastly, I couldn't find info on the units for the time and distance that is returned by the endpoint. I assume it's seconds for time, but not sure for distance.  Any help is appreciated.
