I have encountered a problem when running with my apple watch. The pace time per kilometer is way slower than if I would track the time with my phone. Also I have a Strava Subscription and I feel like when tracking with my apple watch it also tracks the average pace and not each kilometer on its own. Does any one know hpw ti fix this
When I go to my profile to set my “Default Sport” under “Display Preferences” it only gives me 2 choices Running or Cycling. I like to Hike as well as walk but these are not options. Seems a bit absurd to me…Am I missing something? If forces me to go into each work out after complete and change to walking.

Hi everyone,unfortunately Strava has ended the support for older smart watches with Wear OS 2.xx.(Older? Hm... almost all smart watches except the new Samsung watches 😖)I am using a Mobvoi Ticwatch Pro 3 GPS with wearOs 2.38 but the strava has still worked fine.But I had to reset my watch because of a new cell phone.Now I want to re-install also the strava app on my watch but I can't get the old strava app in the play store and I don't know any other source where I can download the installation-file.I am very disappointed. Yesterday i was trying Sync my aktivity. But data was lost somewhere in proces. Aplication said me when i have bad connection. But later i discovered when aktivity is nowhere to fond.
Idea: Add the year to the date headings on the Training Log, so instead of "JUL 17 - 23" it says "JUL 17 - 23, 2023". Currently, the only way to know what year you're looking at on mobile is to click into an activity and then go back.

I've noticed that activities returned by the Get Activities endpoint have short laps removed. This also appears when viewing the activity on Strava itself, suggesting Strava may be applying some sort of processing.For context, I keep autolap (1mi) on my watch when running on a track. If autolap beeps before I cross the line, I hit the lap button again as I cross the line, then add the two times for the full mile time. My app (workoutsplitz.com) implements the same logic, and Strava's removal of these short laps is causing inaccuracies as a result. I've attached two screenshots, one from Strava and the other from Garmin, showing the differences.Strava:Garmin:Furthermore, the "reconciliation" laps are at the same pace as the prior lap, and are at a speed which is clearly not standing/walking, so it's not obvious why they are removed in the first place.Has anyone else noticed this, or found a way to get the full, unprocessed lap data?

I record my run using strava on my phone, not using watch. During run (after 1km), the pace is "9 30". After I finished the run, the pace split in the activity log is "9 15". How can i fix this?
Hello, I am new to Strava and trying to figure out if the premium version is worth it. I have previously used Nike Run Club. A couple of questions I need help with.. 1. can you view the heart rate zones on your Apple Watch whilst you are running? I know you can see the data after. I am a Trails Coordinator in my city. I would like to create a contest for people to ride/run/walk a certain segment of trail. Each lap they do can count as a point, and perhaps the fastest time can count as some amount of bonus points. Each point is equivalent to an entry into a drawing, with the grand prize and a few secondary prizes being awarded at the end of the month. I want to do this for each month, rotating through some of our trails that don't see as much attention in order to help motivate folks to use them. I have my own personal account and created a club for my hockey club (on my account). How do I create challenges on the club? I only have the option to create events but we want to create challenges in order to see who ran the most and who completed the most challenges.I am able to create group challenges but it is then linked to my profile and not the club.
