Here's my original post. For awhile, it worked - your frequency of use determined the list hierarchy. But that has now STOPPED working AGAIN with the latest update:"The list for sports on the Apple Watch in the Strava App is incredibly long. We need a way to show only the sports we participate in. Your hierarchal solution based on frequency sometimes works and sometimes doesn't - or reverts after an OS update. Please give us the tools to customize this list."

So, I have been using strava for a long time, and from the last year, I have been seeing a lot difference in data between my Element bolt and the strava app. For example, today I rode my bike, and on my element I made a 27,2 km/h and on strava appeared 26,2 km/h. At the same time the moving time on my Element was 2 hours and 07 minutes and on strava was 2 hours and 12 minutes. Is there someting that I can do to change this?

I recently adjusted my HR zones on Strava based on the fact that A: I'm getting older and my max HR is probably lower than when I signed up for an accountB: My PRs are slower, as I've suffered from injuriesC: My RPE at various HR.  For instance, I feel like I'm at LT1 (aka the top of zone 2) at about a HR of 130ish.  The auto settings had this HR set at 139 previously, so I lowered it to 130All of these things should mean that Strava recognizes that I'm in a higher training zone at a given HR.  However, after making the changes, my relative effort numbers have been very low, compared to where they were for similar runs or rides.  For example: Today's ride, power output of 109 watts for 1:20 ish.  RE of 17Similar ride from last week. 113 watts for 1:20 ish. RE of 80

So I'm using Strava to track my activities in the gym, but I'm having a problem. I use a Galaxy Watch 7 with WearOS. When it syncs the activity the ending time goes as the start time and then calculates the ending time by the activity time. So if I do a session of 1h30 that ends at 6 pm, it goes to Strava as starting at 6 pm and ending 7h30pm. That is a problem as Strava doesn't have a treadmill option, so I use Samsung Health or Google Fit to track that, but when it logs the treadmill into Health or Google Fit after Strava syncs with those, the weight lift and treadmill appear as in a superposition and only count one of those activities. So basically Im asking if there's any way for the activity on the Watch syncs using the real start time or a easy way to edit that that doesn't involve the desktop and 3rd part websites

Since last days of February my swimming activities are displaying absurd distances althoug I always swimm the same distance (about 2km). Lately these 2km in Mi Fitness are translated to about 37Km (!!!) in Strava. There must be some interface issue:        

I completed the elevation Red Bull Vert - I -Go Challenge with with 72,037 feet but when I scroll down to see my actual result it is only logging me with 67,453 feet and it seems it did not count my activity. Why would this have happened. I did not change any preferences on the app and my activity recorded like all others did. It is disappointing to have over 3,500 feet of elevation gain not counted towards my actual placing even though it says I logged that amount on the top of the page. 

Is it possible to create or upload a route and add that particular route to a manually created workout? For instance a device dies during recording or the gpx file is corrupted. It would be nice to be able to use a previous duplicate route, draw a route, or upload a gpx of the route and add it. So let's say I go to my routes; just let me pick one and say add route to workout. Thanks.

I recorded by accident my road bike ride as an indoor kickr and therefore I’ve no mileage, map or results 😕😕 Of course it was an epic ride and wanted to convert to road bike. I use a wahoo element and even when I change it manually no data are showing. Any h et le would be greatly appreciated it. Many thanks

Seems like only web version can upload gpx file?

Hi,I've imported several years of data from Samsung Health and they all don't have a specific bike tagged.Unfortunately, I can't find a function where I can display all activities without an assigned bike and change them in one go. Is it possipossible? 

HelloI want to create app for me and my friends - around 10 people.We want to share out activities within this app but it will be only for our private usage. We want to scale some results within different types of activities and create ranking who made the longest distance.So I need to store in my private database  three information from Strava: date, distance, athlete name.Is it possible to store such information in private database? Because I found in API Agreement such statement: “your Developer Applications are prohibited from storing any Strava Data”

I am currently using the mi fitness app with device xiaomi watch s1 active, when I auth with the strava app I get error 403 on the Android app and "error" message on the IOS app, can anyone help me?  

2980233 Ticket I have an old Strava account, which I am fairly certain used my Facebook account to log in. Because I can see that I have a Strava connection still active on my Facebook account from the same time I created my first account.However, when I got a new phone and wanted to log in, I made a mistake and chose Google as log in method instead. My Facebook and Google account has the same email connected. Somehow that created a new account,  Now I cannot access my old account. When I choose Facebook as login method, it directs me to the new account. The same for Google and Email login. Please help.

Hello,it seems Strava does not have an in-activity segment rep counter, for example for doing hill repeats in an Everesting. Please implement, and make available to e.g. Garmin and others for their data screen perusal.Thanks!/Andreas

My Watch4 used to work perfectly with Strava app but, for about a year now, the Strava app won't find a GPS signal.  I can run Strava on my phone just fine, and routes work well, but there is no heart rate data coming from the Watch4.  Any idea how to fix this?  I've deleted the app and reinstalled it numerous times to no avail.  Strava tech support originally said that there would be an update to fix this, then they stopped responding.Many thanks

I completed a 4km afternoon run today on my samsung watch using strava and it did not upload. There's no unsynced activities and I've tried logging out and back into strava on my phone and watch. I've also restarted both devices. How do I get this activity uploaded or is it gone forever.

Ich habe eine Aktivität manuell hochgeladen das der Wahoo Element während der fahrt abgestürzt ist und die Stecke über Wahoo nicht Synchronisiert werden kann. Diese Aktivität wird aber nicht unter Meine Aktivitäten angezeigt. Versuche ich die GPX Datei aber erneut hochzuladen bekomme ich eine Fehlermeldung mit dem Hinweis das es sich um ein Duplikat handelt. Da sind dann meine angaben zu Name und verwendeten Fahrrad auch alle korrekt. Irgendwie ist die also Gespeichert, sie wird aber nicht bei den Aktivitäten angezeigt und nicht für die Fitnessauswertung oder die Trainingsbelastung berücksichtigt.  TRANSLATION: I uploaded an activity manually, but the Wahoo Element crashed during the ride and the route could not be synchronized via Wahoo. This activity is not displayed under My Activities. If I try to upload the GPX file again, I get an error message saying that it is a duplicate. My details about name and bike used are all correct. I record surf sessions with Dawn Patrol. Dawn Patrol recently began directly uploading to Strava, and these sessions reflect in my activities. That’s great!The issue: Dawn Patrol also records heart rate data, but this data is not reflecting in the Strava activities uploaded from Dawn Patrol. Am I missing something? I couldn’t find anything addressing this issue on Strava or Dawn Patrol customer support.

Hi,I deleted an activity in error. I submitted a request to have the activity restored. I received a confirmation PopUp that the email was sent. However, I was not assigned a ticket number and I cannot see a pending request. I resubmitted several times with the same result. Is anyone aware of a contact number for STRAVA?

Hi, wouldn’t it make sense to sort “all time” best men and women by every year as well? Trails change with usage and time, most of all time records were the best from decade(s) ago because MTB trails were just built brand new and had very low traffic and usage and ideal terrain. Impossible to live up to or beat for the best riders in the present. Could this feature to separate the best of each year be incorporated in Strava app? Thank you @strava64

The current email address is no longer active, so I cant access a password(forgotten password) The email address I want to use has created a new account which needs to be deleted. This has happened due to a phone change. Please can someone offer some advise?

Hi, I have a Pixel Watch 2. I can see my activities on my watch Strava app stating unsynced but they won't sync! Tapping unsynced does not help. Still, I have one Unsynced activity. I tried to log out and log in again, but it still the same.  Version: 1.37 (77901) Any ideas on what should I do?  Thank you!    

I have a Garmin Forerunner 745 and a Fenix 7s, both of them display the exact same distance when I run, but Strava always shows 200m extra distance when I log the activity on Strava directly without the watch. I have tried different courses, different locations, different speeds, sometimes with stopping in between, others with a continuous run, still Strava GPS records around 200m more than Garmin GPS. Why? It is so frustrating 😭
