Your subscription will auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Depending on the service you used to purchase the subscription (website, Android, or iPhone) there will be slightly different ways to downgrade your account to free and cancel any active and renewing subscriptions. You'll need to use the same service you used to activate your subscription in order to cancel. For example, Google Play for the Android app and iTunes for the iPhone app, etc.

  • To cancel subscriptions activated on the Strava website: Login to your account and navigate to Settings in the menu under your picture in the upper right-hand corner. Select My Account > Cancel subscription. Complete the cancellation process. Note that you'll remain a subscriber with access to all benefits until your subscription expires on the expiration date indicated on your account details page.

  • To cancel subscriptions activated with Google Play (Android): For subscriptions purchased using the Strava App for Android, your payment and any recurring payments are handled by Google Play. To manage your Google Play subscriptions, click here. Or, from the mobile app, open your settings from the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner of the HomeGroups, or You tab. Select Current Membership and you should be redirected to the subscription management page in the Google Play app where you can cancel the subscription.
  • To cancel subscriptions activated with iTunes (iPhone): For subscriptions purchased using the Strava App for iPhone, your payment and any recurring payments are handled by iTunes. To manage your subscription through iTunes, click here. Or, from the mobile app, open your settings from the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner of the HomeGroups, or You tab. Select Current Membership and you should be redirected to the subscription management page in the iTunes app where you can cancel the subscription. Once you have canceled your subscription, you will see no renewal option is selected, and your subscription will not renew.

According to Strava’s Terms and Conditions, you may be entitled to receive a full refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase. Beyond that time frame, a Strava subscription is typically non-refundable.

Hi

I have cancelled my subscription in iTunes so i can switch to GooglePay.  But the Strava app just says i've cancelled my subscription and it will expire 24/09 to go to itunes to renew.  The web site account summary says my membership will auto renew on 24/09.  The website offers only itunes to renew my subscription.

How do I sort this please? Do i have to wait for the subscription to lapse and then resubscribe and do i lose all of my 7year history if I do so?

thanks

M

I have submitted 2 support requests to try and get a refund.  I do not use strava, I was not warned before it billed me, I cancelled my subscription immediately when I was charged.  GIVE ME A REFUND, please don't make me do a chargeback on my credit card.

This way not working. On my app I have info go to strava Web to manage your subscription. When I going  to your account don't show me my subscription .

I'd like to have email contact and send my resignation. Or maybe other way - if I delete my account it obvious mean my resignation from subscription or no?

Hello so I did the free trial of strava and I didn't cancel it so it gave me the yearly plan so I unsubscribed from it but is there anyway to get a refund?
