Last month I signed up for the free Strava trial, and today I tried to cancel it. In the app, when I clicked on the subscription, there was no "cancel" option, only a message asking me to access the website. I did that, checked their support page for how to cancel there, followed the instructions, and there simply wasn't an option to cancel online either. I checked Reddit and their support page, which said it should be in the Google Play subscriptions section, but I went there and it's not there. I really don't know what to do because the annual plan is about to renew automatically (and I haven't even used the premium features and I won't). Does anyone know how to help me, please?
