I have an E-bike and a regular mountain bike and I would love to be able to compare performance on routes that I regularly ride, particularly down hills.  Why are the the segments different for E bikes and regular bikes?  It makes no sense. I’m not asking for the times to be lumped together in leader boards etc. they should still be accounted for separately.

Please make it possible to choose between elevation gain and pace in the activity feed. When I have done a solid run or nordic ski I want people to see my pace, not my elevation gain in the activity feed. My way of bragging.Killian Jornet can then feel free to choose to show his elevation gain for his activity/activities.

I’d love to see a function that allows me to set personal notifications for the maintenance of my bike. For instance; based on the KM’s I’ve ridden I’d love to be notified every 300km to check my chain for wear. Or set a notification to check my drivetrain/cassette. Makes it easier not to forget the regular stuff and make my gear last longer.

It would be great if all gear could have its own identity profile in Strava, such that if we borrow or rent gear we can tag an activity to a specific bike wether we own it or not.  Feature would also alow us to buy/sell/transfer gear from one user to another, so when we buy a used bike we have its history.

Best Efforts---- Should have a 3-month reset AND an all-time best Efforts, because as we age, we can't keep competing against a stronger, younger version of ourselves, It will be a better way to stay motivated by hitting some daily medals over a 3-month period. This is more for the people that are older but want to see and chase some more realistic times of our current age and fitness levels. 👍

Upon checking on your Terms and Conditions Support page online, it was stated that we are entitled to get a refund as long as the cancellation was done within 48 hours. Luckily, I immediately cancelled the subscription the time I knew I was renewed. I kindly request your immediate assistance in processing my refund. Hello, i've written emails to the strava support team and ive created multiple tickets to apply for a refund but many days passed and i still have no response from them.(I always checked my email and my junk email folder and still nothing.I only got an automatic bot response.)

Hi, my daughter lost access to her account in 2022. She couldn’t remember the email address or the password she used so she created another account and has been using that. Over the last week 2 activities have been logged on the original account in a different part of the country. I have commented on one asking how they have access to the account and also sent a message but no response. I have reported it as impersonation today. Anyone experience this before or have any likely explanation? Thanks. 

Three weeks to regain access to my account and Strava charged my single account for two annual subscriptions. Only got the charges reversed through my bank and Strava support was beyond useless in the matter. Terrible. 

Please allow us to add a race category to Nordic skiing just like in biking, running and other sports.  Should be easy to do. 

Hello, I have the problem that over time I have accumulated more and more people that I have subscribed to. That's nice to stay connected, but with so many people the feed gets totally clogged and the activities of friends that interest you get lost. That's why I have muted almost 90% of the people I have subscribed to. But I also don't want to upload my activities to the feed and “demand” kudos from my followers, while I hardly give them out myself. That's why I upload most of my activities as muted so that they don't appear in the feed. As a result, other people always have to go to my profile to see a bike ride.So I wanted to ask if you could introduce an option where your activities are only uploaded for favorites and an option in the feed where you only see activities of your favorites. The drop down Event types are only Run and Ride.We are a Swim Club! I’m sure swimming is a big enough sport globally to justify an event type?

The maps stopped showing up when I upload new activities. Can anyone help me?

Help needed! Who knows how I can change how the stats show on the „You“ section for my rides? I want it to show kilometres/distance on the vertical axe and weekdays/months etc on the horizontal axe.   

It would be great if cyclists with Di2 geared bikes could see their stats in Strava, you already have the data from my Garmin Connect sync but it’s not used anywhere in Strava. the only way to do this currently is via manual upload to a great, but disconnected website (di2stats.com) it would be a great use-case for the “Strava intelligence” features, show you a map of your shifting patterns, combine with cadence data and speed and suggest if you are shifting optimally, or could try a different approach
