Strava will be the right choice. I dont want to remember to switch it on. I just want to know how far I have gone and where I have gone. I am not concerned about time. Advice?

Hello,I am having quite a challenge updating my email on my Strava account, and it keeps saying my account is suspended. I do not have access to the email that is listed on the account, and will be unable to access that email AT ALL on the 21st. I have put in two tickets to Strava support and haven't received a reply, and REALLY do not want to lost all my great data. Can someone help? 

Trying to keep this short!I have been training pretty hard the last several weeks and I have seen some pretty significant changes in my heart rate. Ultimately I am wondering if I should be adjusting my heart rate zones in Strava or Garmin Connect (I have a Fenix 7).The main issue I am seeing is that I will be doing pretty large efforts, however, according to Strava the relative effort is very minor. For example, last week I did a 30km run. Average pace of 5:30/km, my average heart rate was 145. So according to Strava, the "relative effort" was only 89, which basically meant I saw no "fitness increase" (I was wearing an HRM pro).I don't really think the solution is that I should be running harder to increase my heart rate? My legs definitely felt the workout, but according to my apps it was basically nothing.I know these apps are imperfect, but it's all I have and I'm training enough at this stage where I would really like to have things dialed in.As another example, I did a "12km Easy

I am setting up a club that will serve as a trail maintenance hub for our local trail stewards.   Users will share their trail work activities as "hikes".  How do I set up the club such that members who use Strava for other activities don't find those activities sharing to the group?Also is there a way to set up group settings such that individuals can follow and contribute to the group, without other members seeing all of thier Strava activities?Thanks!

I am 70 now and have lost most of right lung, 2 lobes to carcinoma removal in 2017. I have difficulty keeping a positive form score, generally -1. Big effort today and Form went to -9 on Mountain Mash. I usually ride fairly flat and at low power and HR. Level 49, Streak 24 not sure how to proceed now. Hate days off but Form only recovers 3 points per day for me?

I'm sorry if this has been asked before. I thought I had somewhat of a grip on fitness and relative effort, but this observation shakes everything I thought I knew.I went on a virtual ride today. I recorded the whole session on my Apple Watch with the Fitness App (indoor cycling activity. The recording on Strava: https://www.strava.com/activities/11579328823I also started a couple of different activities on Zwift and saved the one in the middle where I rode 20 minutes with the C bot. The recording on Strava: https://www.strava.com/activities/11579328823I understand relative effort (and consequently fitness) is tied to heart rate. Since the full run includes the 20-minute segment, I do not understand how the relative effort can be so much higher for just that segment alone vs the full run. That I'm getting one point of fitness for this effort from Zwift seems off.  While I'm writing this, I'm answering my question here. Hi guys. So a few months ago, I bought a used 66i Garmin. I bought it really to get me through a night section of a 100 mile walking event. I used it a few times before hand to get used to it BUT in probably 4 out of the 10 times I have used the device, when downloaded to Strava, the mileage shows quite a bit less than the distance I have actually walked. The frustrating thing about my walk at weekend was that it was a one off for me and whilst the Garmin still shows I did 102 miles, when downloaded to Strava its only showing 60 miles (ie a long long way short). I am lead to beleive this is a know "glitch between Strava and Garmin so apologies if this has been bought up on here before. Why does this happen and can anything be done about the problem on my next walk ??

Anyone training for Murph this year on Memorial Day?The workout: 1 mile run100 pull-ups200 push-ups300 squats1 mile runwearing a 20lb weight vest!You don't have to do the reps straight through. One of the most common variations is 20 sets x (5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 squats). I am training without the weight vest and fewer reps to build up strength. The training feels good. The full workout is tough. Hard to keep going, but you feel amazing after you finish. 

what is the best way to plan a route for "KOM-hunting" ? I tried within the Strava integrated routplaner. But there is no possibility to connect some segments in a usefull way together. 

Since last couple of weeks, the community hub keeps logging me out quite often / after short time of inactivity, saying that the session has expired. Before, the page would keep me logged in. Has anything changed in the website configuration? (I keep using the same browser - Chrome on iOS - there probably were some app updates in the meantime as well).

Some of my friends who I used to Hassel to come for rides with me, are now only holding me back, and I'm constantly having to stop or backtrack to them. Hi all,New to the community hub but been using Strava since 2019. Mostly for running up to the point I got COVID. I was out for almost 2 years with the after effects and I now mostly ride my Peloton bike which has quite literally saved my life. I will return to running when I’ve built my fitness and lost some weight. My fitness graph recently went through the roof as it was registering the same activity from up to 3 different inputs (Peloton bike, TacX, Garmin watch and Garmin HRM)!! This was sometimes logging 6 or more separate sessions which caused my graph to shoot up at a staggering rate. I’ve now managed to work out how to get the right inputs so my graph has settled down, but it drops by a point or two every day even though I usually do 60 mins of intense activity on the bike daily. I thought it would stabilise but it’s shows no sign of going back up. Is this a bug or something? What do I need to do to get it trending up again?

Hi!I got suggested to present myself so here we are!I'm a 22M and I've been using Strava since 2017 and premium subscriber since 2020. I did many sports in my life ranging from the most normal sports to the most extremes likes kitesurfing. But I started trail running in 2017 and it completely changed me! I learned comittment, mental toughness and patience. I explored everything related to running since, from the tracks to road. I even got into road cycling and mountain biking. I love strava and how it interprets data, the Strava metro project really got me even more interested because where I live, no one really cares about cyclists so I hope Metro would help our civil engineers to rethink the city around bicycles (quite a dead-end type of hope, but we chill). STrava metro really made me interested in the actual developments of Strava aswell as what they have planned for the future.So here we are !

What are the standard SLA for support tickets, I have submitted multiple tickets on behalf of my partner who is unable to access her account and my ticket has sat unresponded to for almost a week now.The first ticket I created (same issue) somehow managed to get resolved without any contact to myself or my partner - not quite sure how that works…is it possible for someone to further escalate my support request? Id: 2895554
