Can anyone provide the image parameters for the group page large and small images?
story is short: two years ago my account has lost ability to get download link of my data in bulk. on my first tickets support was giving me my link manually. this year they answered me “our team is limited in our ability to investigate these sorts of issues directly. We do want to make sure you have the right resources to find a solution” and recommended to ask community. here is me. so, anyone know how to get gpx files from all my thousands activities or how to solve problem with strava support to force them to solve my account issue?thank you all
Is there a option where i can create a consistency challenge. For eg, I want the group to be phycially active for 21 out of 30 days in month for a minimum of 30 days. I do not see an option to create this type of challenge even though i have a strava subscription.Is that correct or am i missing somthing. Second if I am able to create a challenge how do i invite the whole group instead of sending it individually to each member? Can someone guide if if this is possible and how to achieve it.?DO we need any third party plug ins to do this?
i have a paid subscription on my app,but my dashboard has an old free account.Whenever i use BKOOL,the data goes to the free dashboard account,and not the paid app account.Can I either delete the free account,or transfer the day from dashboard to my paid account?They seem to both have the same email address

First of all, all firmware versions are up to date (Garmin Connect, Watch Version, Strava Version) Also, I live in asia, I am using the instinct2 model, and if you look at the auto upload sheet, it will be uploaded as the instinct2 solar model Is there a solution?

I am interested in analysing my stops post ride. I would like to see where I rested on an activity (this affects your efficiency percentage on long rides such as Audaxes, i.e. ride time vs rest time) This can be where the stop was more than 1 minute no power or cadence registered speed below 3km per hour (in case of a wandering GPS) Ideally this would show in a table (similar to the existing Laps table) showing the rest start time (time of day and ride time) rest time the end time for each extended stop Even better if you could show these as locations on the activity map Many thanks for reading and hopefully upvoting this idea.
I ran my longest run this morning of 6.01 Miles. Garmin also noted it was my PR in the 5K but when it uploaded to Strava, none of this was recognized and the overall time, distance and pace are so different?

On my computer (windows) my Strava page opens & automatically a box showing who gave me kudos pops up but won’t close. It works normally on both my Ipad & apple phone.I’ve signed out & back in, rebooted computer, helpAny suggestions of how to fix this would be appreciated.
50km ride with only 11k logged I stopped to take a photo from the lock screen and I forgot that THIS always happens so I lost most of my 50km ride. I’m pissed because I really pushed on to try to test my form in the last 15km and they were just not recorded,I’ve lost LOADS of training rides like this. Can you not fix it?I’m a software developer. I am trying to use the strava app on a pixel watch 2. But the screen goes off after a few seconds on the watch and I have to press the button to show the screen again.Its not really useable like that so is there any way to force the screen to stay on when using the watch app to record ?I already have Always On Display set to On
why does this feature use standard maps? Usually it uses satellite maps. Is there a solution for this?

Bonjour, est il possible de savoir si la planification d'itinéraire de strava sera identique a celle de fatmap un jour???depuis l'arret de fatmap, il est difficile de creer un parcours aussi bien avec strava!!!!Sur fatmap on pouvait tracer sur une carte ign, en n'etant pas obligé de suivre une route, ou chemin.....on pouvait tracer en hors piste ou sur un chemin qui n'existe pas sur les cartes.…est ce que ces fonctionnalités seront un jour sur Strava version mobile????
I live in Taiwan but I subscribed family plan in Japan this March since my membership was expired during the trip. When I came back to Taiwan, my friends were not able to join my family plan, system showed that we are in different countries (all of our accounts are based in Taiwan).I’ve submitted a ticket but there’s no response for more than 6 weeks. Anyone knows how to resolved this issue? Will VPN work in this case?
I'm a premium strava user and recently I can see my activity map when I open that activity. I can see the map in my feed but when I open it, map is no available.Also, when I try to see any other user that that day did the same segment, for example, strava app closes and it backs to the feed! I ran with a friend this morning, for some reason my garmin deleted my run. I asked her to share her run with me. She did, i accepted the link, but it does not want to process the share. How can I fix this?
I'm trying to view Flybys for today's (and prior) run(s). I'm not seeing anything load (see image below) and I'm seeing a unicode type character referenced in the orange section where I assume the route name would be. I do have Flybys privacy set to allow Everyone to view as well, in case that information is helpful. Thank you!!
When you play videos that are uploaded to Strava (on your own profile or watching others) the last few seconds of the video get cut off. This usually only happens the first time you play it, and when you try to watch it again, you can see the final seconds of the video. I have only tested this on an iPhone.

Dear Team of Strava,first of all many thanks for your free service, for which I am totally satisfied.I subscribed the free trial version, but after checked how it works, frankly I am thinking to remain a free service user.Below I wanted summarize the points for which I am taking this decision, if they can be usefull for you.Main one: I was totally convinced that I could navigate with indications during my MTB route and was surprised once understood that any kind of alert was not in place on Strava. I am not talking about a exact route voice indicator, but at least a “bip” when you skip your turning point would be important. When I run an round trip on the same route, the return track line is hide by the blue color of the outward one. Would important that the predominant color remains always the orange one. The screen turns off automatically. So I have to touch it to see the route. I suggest to include this function on Strava without modyfing the cellular settings. (If I miss it, forget
I made 3 "indoor rides" today with a couple of pauses using the STOP button on my Garmin Edge 530. It was saved after the third ride. The result in Garmin vs. Strava is: Obviously, in Strava the elapsed time is used in avg. speed calculation. This is a horrible bug. E.g. if concentrating exactly on avg. speed during an indoor cycling, the record is totally useless. Why the elapsed time is used in calculation instead of the moving time? It makes no sense.
