I’m trying to join a family plan, but I keep getting a message saying, “You must live in the same country to join their family plan.” My country is set to the UK in my settings, but when I try to join the plan, the price shows in dollars ($) instead of pounds (£).I contacted Strava support almost a week ago, but I haven’t heard back yet. Can anyone please help me fix this?Thank you
My account it attached to an email I do not have access to anymore. I want to change it but the request goes to the old email?… I have a ticket and am wondering how long it takes to get a response. Just read another person who had the same issue and one thing mentioned is they would reach out on email if more information is needed. That won’t work if they request to the old email?? Any suggestions or can someone let me know how long it typically takes before there is a response? Thanks.Joe

Hello all!Is it only me or it’s currently not possible to a website to the Clubs profile/settings?Recently, I have noticed that the website which was set in the Strava Club’s settings disappeared. I tried to add it to the Website section in the Settings, but after hitting the “Save changes” button, the website is simply not added. If I return to the club’s settings, the Website sections is empty again. Is there anything special I need to do to get it work? I am using a valid URL including https://Thank you in advance!
Good day, i have a concern about accidentally subscription on strava app, because when i download it i click the free trial because i want to use and know the features of your app, so i click the free trial. but then, yesterday (march 2, 2025) i got a text message about my e wallet (gcash) that says i made a transaction but i really didn't, so upon searching about my situation, I'm not the only one who experienced it. then yesterday i tried to get a refund request to google play because of what i searched online about the procedure when you accidentally purchased to sn google app but i received their email to me that says it didn't meat their policies of refund, so now I decided to reach out to you to try considering my refund request because the money is not really meant for me, and i really need it back. i hope it finds you all and thank you.
Hi all, I'm a long time cyclists but new to the world of power meters. I recently bought a new bike with with a power meter, l have read a couple of forums about the difference in average power readings between Garmin and Strava. I have played around with auto- pause settings etc without success. Currently having a difference of around of around 30watts?

I searched all topics related to segments not working…my issue seems to be unique. For the past week or so, every time I select a segment, name it, then click, “Create” button, the next page I see says: Strava is temporarily unavailableWe hit a road block, but our team is working on an alternate route.Check Strava Status for more information. Thanks for your patience Strava Status seems to indicate there are no issues. I’ve had this issue for more than a week, tried hundreds of times…. Is there a known issue with segments currently?

Its necessary to click on screen for pause, which is uncomfortable (because of gloves, etc). Do you think, you can reair that?Before the Samsung Galaxy Watch firmware update, it worked properly.

Hi I have 2 Strava profiles. The first profile I created gave me full access & I pay the subscription fee. I then created a second profile as I couldn’t access my first one (forgotten password) which has all my activities and up to date info. How do I combine the two profiles without losing all my activities logged, so that I get full use/access to the account which I’m paying for?
Hi I need help… I tried emailing, tweeting. Even submitted a ticket. Still no response. I signed up Strava account using Apple ID using facial id recognition. And I would like to change my email address yet I’m not been able to because I need a password to be sent to my email address to follow the instructions. But I wasn’t given a password when I signed up Strava using Apple login. I didn’t realise it’d give me a different email address that you provided. Had I know it wasn’t gonna use my email address to login as it’s what I used my iCloud etc I would’ve signed up using the email instead of Apple login and given some random email that was provided by you. please please respond, as I don’t know how long this customer service is taking.
Hello,Until recently (I can’t tell exactly the date from which it didn’t work anymore), I had no problem calling the deauthorize URL (https://www.strava.com/oauth/deauthorize) for a given user, which in return triggered my webhook to let my backend knows that the user, from the strava pov, is disconnected from my app. I then delete the user connection with strava on my app (and thus his strava token from my DB).But now, this webhook (containing the specific key:value ‘{"authorized" : "false"}’ ) is not called and doesn’t let me knows that the removal of my app is effectively done on the strava side.This webhook is however effectively called if the user delete my app from his strava account.Is it a change of behavior from the strava webhook system or is it a bug?I don’t see any change in the documentation about it.Thanks
Please help. I have a Strava account. Workouts from the watch and bike computer are uploaded to my Stava account. But. Someone hacked into my e-mail account and changed my password - I had to set up a new e-mail address. I can't log in to my Strava account because I don't remember the password because I was logged in on all devices and the devices remembered the password. I can't log in from the new device. How to change the email address on your Strava account so that the password reset email will be sent to the new address. I only have access to my Stava account on an old mobile phone, which still remembers my password and does not require me to enter it. Is there a Strava support email address I could write to directly? Please help.

Hello everyone, I have recently got myself a bluetooth cadence monitor for my bike. Is there an ETA of when I can expect the Strava app will be able to add this device to my account. I have connected heart monitor, but there isn't a cycling cadence option.
The activity details used to contain a section where it would usually say "Fitness increased" and you could tap into it and see the Fitness trend over time. That appears to have been removed, could someone confirm please?

I have been unable to upload photos from my iPhone to my Strava activities for the last two weeks. No change in size of photos or what I’m doing. Any ideas on how to fix this?
Hi Strava community 😀For a while now the activity map is white. The trail is red and visible as usual but the map is gone. If I open the activity and change to the map it is just like it supposed to be. This isn't just my own activities, it's the same for all the activities in my flow. I just discovered that Strava apparently does not provide heart rate analysis for some activities (ie Walking, Hiking). I got a sweet new Garmin Epix Gen 2 and went for a hike only to see only a barebones heart data graph in my Strava app and the web page. There is no deeper analysis like HR zones or even HR max or avg. Is there a chart somewhere that shows what kind of analysis is available for each activity type?While walking and hiking activities might not be as intense cardio activities as mountain biking or running, when you walk or hike up mountains and hills, your HR can get up there!
With the latest Android update, I am unable to see the map behind my activity track when I tap on any particular activity.The map is visible in the list of activities, but disappears when I select an activity, leaving the track floating on a white background. It's happening with two different devices.Is this intentional?
