On the mobile Strava Version you have a nice overview on how many Km,Hours and Elevation you‘ve gained in the last 3 months.  Now it usually has the Kilometers/Miles on the Y axis. How do I change it to hours?So that the chart has the highest peak at the week with the most hours and not with the most Km/miles.

Yesterday I did the Cape Town Cycle Tour and my activity shows up in Strava to import, it’s in my Apple health and fitness and I did two short rides after ending my main ride, one to the car and one from the car back to the house as the roads were still closed. The subsequent rides imported and display in my feed but my race is “imported” but I can’t see the activity. I have logged out, tried to reimport it, deleted the app, re-added my watch and nothing seems to be helping 

I wonder if any of you have gotten a solution to a similar problem;I have an old Strava account, https://www.strava.com/athletes/13939161 , which I am fairly certain used my Facebook account to log in. Because I can see that I have a Strava connection still active on my Facebook account from the same time I created my first account.However, when I got a new phone and wanted to log in, I made a mistake and chose Google as log in method instead. My Facebook and Google account has the same email connected. Somehow that created a new account, https://www.strava.com/athletes/133051305 . Now I cannot access my old account. When I choose Facebook as login method, it directs me to the new account. The same for Google and Email login. I cannot wrap my head around this, since Strava claims that one email cannot be connected to several accounts.Any suggestions?

I attempt to post in my team’s club as I do on the daily to provide updates for the team (I help coach) and I was able to post until tonight when I attempted to post a link for the meet results and then it wouldn’t let me post anymore. I attempted after that without a link and I also wasn’t able to post. I am the admin and owner of the club. It doesn’t even show any errors when I try to post. It just doesn’t go through. I refresh a bunch and do all the typical things and the post just ceases to exist. What do I do? I need to be able to update my athletes. I have signed in and out of my account in hopes to fix this and it didn’t. The images show how the post doesn’t exist and there is no error message.

Whenever I try to post to the club, I receive “Sorry, this one stays red. The page you’re looking for doesn’t exist, but you’re not at a dead end. Here are a few options:” error message and nothing is posted.  All I did was click the “Publish” button.  What do I need to do to get a post onto Strava?  Our members are waiting to hear from us!

Hello, this is New Balance Korea. We connect to Strava through an app called MYNB to record and store running data and provide related services to our customers. However, for a while, the data has not been reflected properly, and recently, the icon for installing Strava app has not been viewed on Google Play and the App Store. Do you have any plans to suspend or reduce services to South Korea? If so, please answer the specific schedule plan. bb

I can't find the Strava app on the Play Store in Korea. I know that Korean support has ended and the default language has changed to English, but why can't I install the app? Is this a temporary issue?

I’ve juste run the Paris half marathon and I’m missing 200 meters to complete a half marathon PR on Strava. You can have a look a the picture I’ve uploaded. Could you please fix the kmage difference ?

Just got back from a bike ride. And looking at the figures. While I was out I stopped and checked my phone. I did some more miles and stopped again for water. Checked my phone and noticed it was on auto pause. The map moved to where I was when looking. I then clicked un pause and when off again. I checked my phone again and it was on auto pause, I had done more miles and the map moved again to where I was.  It only says I have done 11 miles when I know I have cycled more miles! Is there a way I can change this? 

Every time I open Maps, it defaults to Global Heatmap showing San Francisco. Previously, My Heatmap was the default, showing the location where you are/had your last activity. Can you please revert this functionality, it's super annoying to have to change it every time.

There’s a problem on strava with activities getting buried. When someone visits my profile, I would like them to be able to see the activities I’m most proud of. I think the perfect way to implement this is something similar to Instagram story highlights. With an implementation similar to story highlights, you get two features in one: Use case 1 is simply to have individual activities pinned. That’s possible with story highlights: you can have a highlight that is only 1 story. This use case is something that has been suggested before.  Use case 2 is that you can now pin a full series/group of activities. You could, for example, create a highlight that consists of every race from 2024. You could create a highlight that contains every day of your multi-day cycling trip. The possibilities are endless. This second use case is unique. It would also allow you to group activities so they show as somehow connected. Borrowing the scenario from the second example, each activity from your multi-d

When I land on the Strava site, I get prompted to “Sign in with Google”.Is this prompt intentionally being thrown by Strava? Or is it somehow something that Google does because Strava is using some Google APIs or code?And in either case, is there a way for me to disable it? I’m sick of seeing it.Thanks,Tim

Hi, I’m admin of Strava Club.I wanna add a new post. The post is published as usual and the club members receives a notification. When I check my club dashboard later, the post is not visible and I see only older posts. It has happened first time this morning.Do you have any idea for the solution?

I bought a family plan for myself and 3 friends other which live in the same country (Denmark) but originally from other countries.Since the accounts were not created in the current country, 2 of them are unable to join, despite having changed the Strava country in settings and registering all the activities in Denmark.They opened tickets but Strava support is not doing anything to solve it…It has been a month and they haven’t been able to enjoy the premium, so unfair that you pay but not get what you paid for.

Thank you for a great app and thank you for offering a data export function through the Strava archive.   Could you please include timestamp and location information as EXIF tags in the media files of the Strava archive? I would like to use the media files in the Strava archive to create a photo album of the workout photos in chronological order and with location information.   Thanks for your consideration.

Heute habe ich aus Versehen beim Beantragen eines Familien-Abos dieses auf die Email registrieren, die ich nicht mehr bzw. noch nie richtige genutzt habe. Schon blöd. Kann ich irgendwie das Familien-Abos auf die Mail umswitchen, die ich regulär nutze?(Translation: I have two accounts: one that I'm currently using, and one that I apparently created by mistake (with zero activity recorded). Today, while requesting a family subscription, I accidentally registered it to the email address that I no longer use or have never really used. It's a bummer. After I finished an outside workout with GPS data and opening the workout, first time the map doesn't show the workout route, but the whole Europe map ... I saw that the data view is now in an action sheet below which is ok, a lot of apps are started to use that component, but now I need to close and reopen my workout to see my workout route on the map view which is frustrating! Same with friends workouts sometimes, I open their workout and the map shows almost the entire world map first time ... I'm using an Android device.

This doesn’t always occur, but when it does it’s annoying. All of a sudden when creating a route the map starts to glitch making it almost impossible to continue creating routes. I’ve tried refreshing and logging out, but for now the only thing that seems to work is just wait at least a couple of hours and then come back. I use a MacBook. This has occurred to me for at least a couple of months now.

I would like to start syncing my rides from my Garmin 1040 to Strava. Currently I’m using Apple health but would prefer to use the data from my Garmin device.Last time I tried this, every ride I’d done in the past got synced and I ended up with hundreds of historic duplicates and a horrible mess to sort out in my Strava account. How can I set up syncing so that only future rides get synced from Garmin to Strava and not historic ones?

I would like to see my effort on a specific climb on a Tacx ride. Unfortunately there are no segments on this ride. When I try to create s segment I get "Something went wrong" also if I make it private. Anybody got a good solution around this problem? Cheers Mikael 

Strava winter map overlay generally shows correctly nordic/cross country trails by parsing the piste:type=nordic from the way regardless of whether it is a dedicated nordic:piste or if it is a nordic trail that goes along a road/trail (e.g. highway=track, highway=path).  However, if the piste:type=nordic is on a way tagged highway=footway the trail is not indicated as a nordic trail on strava heatmap. (NB: this is this may well be a mapbox bug and not a strava bug.)for example, if we look at this locationhttps://www.strava.com/maps/global-heatmap?sport=All&style=winter&terrain=false&labels=true&poi=true&cPhotos=true&gColor=hot&gOpacity=51#15.52/44.201008/-71.215744 we can see that FR 512 (which is a highway=track) is shown as a cross country ski trail, but  Huntsmen’s trail, which has the same piste tags as FR 512 is not.  This seems to be because Huntsmen’s Trail is tagged a highway=footway. Cheers,Carp

Hi if I record a snowboard activity on my Apple Watch it shows number of runs, maps heart rate etc when I upload to Strava it says 0 distance 0 elevation and none of the map data syncs. If I change to cycle as an activity it gives distance and elevation. Why is this? The data is clearly there but not being brought into Strava. 

My Strava never seems to record my calories when I do SUP sessions, I have my weight, gender and DOB recorded in the app. I do get the following information:-DistanceElapsed TimeMax Heart RateAvg SpeedAvg Heart Rate any help appreciated thanks

Activity data not automatically importing to Strava. A message saying that there was a failure is shown when trying to import manually.All settings and permissions are right, wondering if there is a bigger problem happening.
