The activity details used to contain a section where it would usually say "Fitness increased" and you could tap into it and see the Fitness trend over time. That appears to have been removed, could someone confirm please?

Hey all. Anyone know if you can add notes or suggestions to another users saved segment? Thinking specifically in case of when a trail running track is overgrown and inaccessible for example. Would be great to k ow beforehand when planning a route and researching segments. Cheers

I have been unable to upload photos from my iPhone to my Strava activities for the last two weeks. No change in size of photos or what I’m doing. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hi Strava community 😀For a while now the activity map is white. The trail is red and visible as usual but the map is gone. If I open the activity and change to the map it is just like it supposed to be. This isn't just my own activities, it's the same for all the activities in my flow. The problem is just in the app not the website. Thanks for all answers/Mikael Ros

I just discovered that Strava apparently does not provide heart rate analysis for some activities (ie Walking, Hiking). I got a sweet new Garmin Epix Gen 2 and went for a hike only to see only a barebones heart data graph in my Strava app and the web page. There is no deeper analysis like HR zones or even HR max or avg. Is there a chart somewhere that shows what kind of analysis is available for each activity type?While walking and hiking activities might not be as intense cardio activities as mountain biking or running, when you walk or hike up mountains and hills, your HR can get up there!

With the latest Android update, I am unable to see the map behind my activity track when I tap on any particular activity.The map is visible in the list of activities, but disappears when I select an activity, leaving the track floating on a white background. It's happening with two different devices.Is this intentional?

I’m using the Strava app using Firefox on a Windows laptop.I have created a numder of different stages on different activities.I’m getting this message on seperate activities, couldn’t find any more issues or duplicates i.e. Titles are not duplcates.

It appears with the new heatmap update(?) that the feature of being able to see a personal heatmap overlay when looking at the ride/run of someone else has been removed. Perhaps I'm mistaken? If this is no longer available it is a big loss! I hope it will be restored!Being able to see where someone has been and where I've been nearby is a great feature. I hope it hasn't been lost for long!Thank you!

Good day Strava developers,It's been over 2 weeks since I have submitted a form asking to increase number of athletes. I have sent an email to follow up, not response. How long does it take to get feedback/approval after completing the form?Thanks 

Hi! I am unable to log into my strava account that I have been recently active on. When I had the strava app open, it said the account was linked to an old email address. I logged out of strava and now I am unable to log back in. I’ve since regained access to that old email account so that I could change my strava password but the link is not being sent to the email address to be able to change my password.(Yes,I have checked the spam and trash folders). I have created a new account with my current email address but I would like access to my activities/followers etc.from the act I can't get logged into.  I have sent in tickets and have sent emails to strava and have yet to hear back. Can anyone help me with this? I am also paying for the premium strava service on the account I cannot log into.Is there a way someone can help me merge my accounts? I have an app that is part of the Developer program which has a read rate limit of 30k/day. I was operating well under that limit (2-3k) until recently when I gained a lot of users. Has anyone had success with requesting to scale their API to fit the need? I would love for users to not have a bad experience when first opening the app. Thanks!

Submitted the form for API access a month ago and never heard back from Strava.Is Strava not allowing new apps anymore?

Hello, the "number of allowed connections to fitness influencers" for us is 1, and we hope it can be increased to 5,000. It has been two days since we submitted the application on the page, but we haven't received a reply yet. If the expected requirement cannot be met, to what extent can it be increased temporarily? Hi. Alpine Ski doesn’t either show in activity calendar or count into club statistiscs. I would definitely like that to count into the stats. It does just not make sense that it’s not inkluded there. Ofc only the active time. Is there any plan to add the statistics into Strava clubs and own activity calendar?

Hi, I’ve submitted my first cancellation and refund ticket immediately after I was charged . The ticket went straight to “solved” status without any follow up. After a couple of days I submitted another ticket explaining that my first one is marked as solved but i didn’t get any response. Second ticket is still in status “open”. About a week has passed and I still haven’t gotten any response. I understand your support team is handling a high number of requests, but would greatly appreciate if someone could look into it.

I click the verification email in the mailbox which came from strava,it asked me to re-login the strava ,and then still asked me to resend verification email .It's to be infinite loop.I don’t know how to verify my email address now .And when I looking for the support from agent ,the strava reminded me to verify my email address first !!!  But my issue is I CAN NOT VERIFY MY EMAIL ADDRESS ,MAN .

I just got flagged on a 6 mile ride that I've done 74 times with consistent results.  The flag does not give any indication of what the actual issue is. It says crop the ride, change the activity, etc. The flag is wrong but there is no way to remove it. Is there a better app than Strava?

Why is it that by selecting E-mountain biking as a sport I have no alternative in the app I can only choose commuting and cannot choose training or racing? Thank you

Since the past two days, I haven't been able to see the heatmap. The button is missing in the Android app. I've tried it on different devices and have also reinstalled the app. There is just the possibility to select Point of Interest.I have a premium membership.
