Hi,Strava continually shows lower power reading when compared to power reading on my Garmin.  I have disconnected Strava from my Garmin several time and it still shows lower power reading.

The Ice Watch is said to be compatible with Strava, according to their website and documentation.The Android Ice Watch app has a ‘connect to Strava’ feature.But when I try to connect it says: ‘Request failed’. No reason, just failing. How can I learn what the underlying problem is?

Dear Strava Support Team,  I am writing to express my concern and seek for assistance, as the subscription fee was deducted from my GCash account worth P1,500 through Google Play without prior notification. Upon checking on your Terms and Conditions Support page online, it was stated that we are entitled to get a refund as long as the cancellation was done within 48 hours. Luckily, I immediately cancelled the subscription the time I knew I was renewed.  I kindly request your immediate assistance in processing my refund. Your prompt response would be greatly appreciated because this matter is quite urgent as I am in need of the funds for an emergency.

Hi, I've upgrade to the family plan and invited 3 people to join. We all live in The Netherlands, however 2 people get the error message that they don't live in the same country as me. We all live in the same city in the same country, so we should be able to join in the family plan. Please help out.

Is it at all possible to change the map back to the way it was before the recent update? Whenever I click on a ride now, the formatting of the ride map is very klunky and hard to navigate or view (line is too thick). I also can no longer overlay my rides with heat maps which is disappointing. To me this is a case of, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.

The user who set up our Strava developer account has now left the company, the users who could have set up that account have left the company and their email accounts have been deleted.I have the client ID and secret for the application and am looking to change the callback url.Is there a way for me to change the email on the account? Alex

If you click on the "Challenges" tab in the top of web-based Strava you get a nice overview of all the available changes and it shows which ones you joined. Unfortunately, as far as I can see, on this page it is not visible on this page:- Which challenges you already completed- What the progress is on your challenges, e.g. 8km out of 100km targetAdding this helps in targeting a specific challenge to complete and prevents that you have to click through on each challenge to see its details.

How can I make an activity show in my feed? My recent activity can be searched in my activities and also I'm sure it has been recorded since it shows in the weekly report but in my feed it is not showing.

Today I went on my first bike ride since December and when I ended/saved my activity I noticed that for some reason Strava hid my start and end location. Why? Is this a bug? Anyway I went into my privacy settings and the start/end hide, which I had set to off, was changed! Now I have a hidden start and end that I want to unhide so that my followers can see them.  How can I unhide them? I can’t find any obvious way to do this in the app. Do I have to use the website?  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.I wish programmers would be more considerate and not mess with personal settings, or log you out of an app when it upgrades, or time out your log in (well except for sensitive apps like banking), etc. I haven’t had any log out problems with Strava but this setting changing by itself was annoying.

Is there any way to plan training on Strava? I signed up for a half marathon running training plan, but I can't see upcoming activities to do in my calendar. Is there this functionality in the app?

Hello, can someone please explain why my last gravel ride was not counted to my monthly goal? Under the main current km number 59km are missing (117km is showing), but this overall distance is actually display correctly below (176,2km) in smaller letters… Thanks! 

Every ride shows “Type of Ride” as “Commute” by default.  How do I turn that off? None of my rides are “Commute”

Would it be possible to introduce a time filter to heatmaps so that trails that fall out of favour fade out?I live in an area surrounded by forests and use the heatmap facility extensively to find new routes to run / cycle off the main fire trails. However, due to forestry work over recent months and years and the inaccessibility of some routes due to tree growth, this has become an increasingly unreliable way to plan a run - routes that were popular can now no-longer be navigated.I would propose at least a 12-month rolling filter (a bit like the rolling 90-days for local legend) to ensure that all seasons are captured.

I earned a Trophy yesterday. That Trophy shows in my cabinet on my profile. But didn’t / doesn’t show against the activity where I earned it - as it always usually does. I wondered if it was a blip in the system….. Today I’ve completed the ‘February Walk 50k’ Challenge. And infact earned another Trophy today. Again they are  showing in my Cabinet / Trophies earned. But didn’t ever / doesn’t show against todays activity that earned it and took me over the 50k. Ive looked through all my settings (App and full web version). And even un-joined and re-joined both Challenges. I got re-notified I’d completed both these challenges. But it didn’t change the Trophies not showing against todays activity. Any bright ideas please ? 

I just signed up for the premium plan. I do indoor cycling which I do on and off throughout the day, 10 minutes here, 25 there, etc. Is there a way at a glance to see my total time for the day? Thanks!

I note the new "quick upload" feature on Android app.I'd like the option for it always to default to "advanced edit" as I always add additional information not available in the "quick upload." Thanks

There needs to be a method to reset all elevation data, updating a single ride in the app isn’t practical. I have years worth of incorrect elevation data due to a faulty GPS

Doesn't happen on all maps, but most are zoomed out when you want to view them, and only way to see route is by a flyby - not very helpful. This has been since the last main update.When's it going to be resolved?

For the past week I have completed challenges and they are showing up on my activity page ? In throphy case ! But not on main activity. Help please 

Hi, I have just purchased a new Galaxy watch 5.  I have tried using the Strava app on the watch when i bike to work. It seems to record this ok, but when i look at the ride on my phone or website it does not show the time taken. If i go into the ride, it seems to be recording the segments ok.  I tried the walking profile and this worked ok and displayed all the info correctly. Anyone else seen this issue ? ThanksDarren

I recently move from UK to the US how do I change the country to USA? 

Any chance that we could log the distance covered on a static machine eg stationary bike, elliptical, rowing machine? It’s frustrating that these are excluded from the progress tab!

If I assign different shoes to an activity after it's already uploaded, I don't see a change in that shoe's total mileage from the Gear page. I see the same issue whether I update the gear from the iOS app, or the web app. Anyone else seeing this problem? (iOS v321.0.0 (r39013))

For creating routes I would really like to control what activity types I can toggle on or off for the personal heatmap as well as the global heatmap.For example: I want to build a run route based of a biking activity, a walk or even a ‘trail run’. It’s impossible. Even if you’d start route creating as ‘ride’ to see the global and/or personal heatmap for that activity type and than change to ‘run’ the route is re-calculated. Same problem when saving a route from a buddy, it re-calculates when you want to compare it to your own heatmap which may not have that activity type.Another case where is is important to be able to layer heatmaps of any type is in remote regions of the world where it is very helpful to check out different activity types and find for example a running route by also adding the biking information to it.All the heatmap information already exists in the Strava database, so we just need to add the toggles, right? That would be an extremely helpful update. :)
