Hello. I used to be able to look at my last walks on my map while I was currently walking. I'm trying to find a loop in the woods. I started at one and one day and backtracked out. The next day I started from the opposite side so I could see where I left off yesterday to try to complete the loop, but it's no longer showing on my screen. I used to be able to see all my walks, with my current walk being tracked. Did I somehow remove that feature? 

Hi, I have 2 minute discrepances between Mi Fitness (SmartBand 8) and Strava, beginning October 2024. Prior to that, there were just about 5-6 seconds. I have reported it, but support team doesn’t seem to care.Is there anybody in here with the same issue? Thanks a lot in advance.

I am extremely annoyed and disappointed by how support teams is handling  my request. I purchased a subscription for a family plan to share with my cycling buddies.something went wrong and the person in charge of the ticket is just going in a loop to avoid fixing the problem.I paid for the subscription and my friends cannot join most likely for a glitch in the system.but the guy in charge of the ticket (his name is Hans) is replying every 2-3 days and doing nothing.he asked that each member of the plan should open a separate ticket and still not doing anything. Just buying time before going on vacation I guess.Is it possibile to escalate my case ?time is clicking for a paid subscription that my friends cannot use and I really feel hopeless that this will be fixed.   

I have been unsuccessful with the chat bots, the support tickets that don’t answer questions.   I have duplicate accounts linked to the same email, meaning the first part before the @ are the same.  one of the emails ends in gmail.com and the other is the googlemail.com which in Strava appear as different emails, but link to the same account.  I want to keep the email ending in gmail.com and transfer it to the account I actually use.  I then want to delete the other account and still be able to use my email for strava.  The issue and reasonable solution is to go in and change the email in the account I want to delete, but every attempt of doing that locks the account up.  Since strava doesn’t have any human CS agents I’m afraid if I do the delete account it could delete both accounts, or not allow me to use the email any further.  beyond frustrated with Strava.  so wish there was an alternative out there.  

Purchased a Gift Subscrition for a friend that i never recieved - strava has done absolutely nothing to help the fact! This is like my last resort posting here - haven’t received any response on any support feed and have already paid for the subscription in full! Is there anything I can do at this point?? Coming to terms with the fact that I just have to take the $80 loss at this point

I'm unable to perform any GET requests after completing the initial auth setup and successfully exchanging the auth token for refresh token, access token, and expiration date. The POST was successful and I can see my athlete info, but unable to do GET requests after:https://www.strava.com/api/v3/athlete?access_token=[access_token from api settings]response:{    "message": "Authorization Error",    "errors": [        {            "resource": "Athlete",            "field": "access_token",            "code": "invalid"        }    ]I also cannot authorize in the dev playground with the same error, even with the correct client_id and secret. I am using a Wahoo Kickr Move with my MacBook. Physically shifting gears on my bike did not work properly (gears would make a clicking noise on the Wahoo's cassette and chain would skip). So I bought the Zwift Click which allows me to virtually shift gears, which is great.One issue I have though is that for all efforts above the easiest zone 1 recovery riding I am always in the top range of the 24 gears (usually gears 18-22 out of 24). This leaves only gears 23 and 24 (the highest gear) for harder 3-5 minute efforts when I want to put out 400+ watts. Is there a way to somehow change the virtual gear ratio so that I can make use of all 24 gears and have some gears in the top range left in case I want to sprint and put out 500/600+ watts?Is this something that is achieved by changing the trainer difficulty in the Zwift settings? Any other Zwift setting change? Or do I need to change something in the settings of the Wahoo Kickr? Appreciate any advice :) Ride on!

HiLooking at my app today the matches ride analysis is missing, and the segment analysis is missing most rides. Is this a global issue or someone can resolve through the app?  Mark

When I look for a specific person Y (not following, private profile) in the overview, it says “X is a subscriber”. When I go into my friend X's profile (we follow each other) the person Y does not belong to the person he’s following/subscribing. It also fits with the total number of people he is following.  What’s right? Does X follow Y?Is it possible to hide persons you follow in your list or is it just an error/bug. I know that X followed Y but it was a time ago and Y was part of his list also.  thank you so much 😊 

I ride with groups several times a week. All the other riders' Strava accounts show the Group Activity ("Rider X rode with Rider Y and Rider Z" etc), but I don't show up in their rides and they don't show up on mine. My Privacy Setting in Group Activities in my settings is set to "Everyone."I opened a support ticket two weeks ago but haven’t even got a response. Anyone experienced the same issue and maybe solved it somehow?

Since approx. 30 hours it’s not possible to login into this communityhub.strava.com. Regardless of browser and system, private window or not, the error after click on “LOGIN” is always:Mostly this comes without asking for login data, only private browser windows asks for that but the result is the same. By the way, login to www.strava.com works faultlessly.Obviously this problem is not everywhere else I couldn’t submit this post. This is a browser that I don’t use for www.strava.com and I was already logged in so I guess my saved login data are still valid.Considering that only a handful of people wrote something in the last day it seems widespread but that can be coincidence and it’s only me.

Was just looking back at some of my first activities recorded on Strava (rides) and noticed that the gear selected for the ride was my current default bike for "ride" sport types (Cervelo R5). The problem here is that the bike I have set as my default for rides was purchased several years after these first rides. For those initial rides, I'm guessing I didn't have any gear set, so I then looked at the rides I had logged just before my actual first ride with my current bike, and see that they too are marked as R5 rides, even though I know by that time I would have marked them as my old bike (Allez).When I recently set my default bike for rides (R5) did that action override what gear I selected (or didn't select) for those old rides, and artificially inflate the miles logged on my R5? 

Tried to write this when forums where down (lol), so brief and to the point here:Fix route creation. Cannot believe it hasn’t been fixed yet, it’s useless now. Nothing is functional, it selects the specific route no one wants to ride, double click adds a way point (I think single click for that is enough clicks, there are only so many, and right now, I give zero clicks for my previous fave function). Concretely: get the functionality of the old model. There are many others things that are wrong, you can find a long list in all the posts that no one submitted when the forum was down.Oh, and make sure you ditch this API circus. I know whoever reads this has zero influence on it, but I just want you to know had bad Strava is becoming.Thank you for once being awesome.

Hi, on my indoor route (Stage 1 - Million Dollar Highway Colorado) today I noticed that I didn't see my wife on the segment the complete climb, "All time woman". Her time was on place 5 but she isn't visible at all. We have the same privacy settings and we are friends IRL (😂) but on Strava as well 😂.  We should also see followers on the site but that isn't visible either.Her profile name brehmweg@duck.com. Thanks for help😊

I use the Strava app on a Galaxy Watch running Wear OS 5. I have the device’s AOD (Always On Display) feature turned on.When I’m in the middle of a run and the screen times out, it no longer displays the info screen (elapsed time, pace, distance, bpm). Strava should show some info on the screen when AOD is on.Alternatively if it doesn’t work well with AOD, there should at least be a setting to keep the screen always on (and dimmed) while in the middle of an activity so I can easily see the information. The Samsung Health app has this option when in the middle of an activity.

Stronglifts 5x5 is a fantastic weight lifting app and I’d love it if Strava could pull my data from it.    I find weight training on Strava (and Garmin) is cumbersome and not at all the strength of the apps.   

My husband has been unable to access his account for the last two days.  It says, "Sorry, you don't have access to this page."  Why? Nothing happened to precipitate this?  Why has it been two days with no answer?

Hi please how do I request a refund. What if I send and email and nobody responds with in the 14 days. 

I rode a segment using my Garmin 540. During the ride i kept seeing my segment screen on the device, that it said I did it with 9mins and 2secs. But once uploaded, strava said the same segment was 9mins 13seconds. Why is there an inconsistency?

In the activity details, in the “Results” segment list, a segment name does not display correctly apparently when it has a dot in it. So my question is basically summarized in the title. I have a route which starts and ends at the same location (a loop). Now I want to modify the route to keep it the same loop, but to start and end it at a different location (without having to recreate the entire route from the new start point). 

Virtual rowing app EXR recently included GPS data in the upload. However, Strava seems to assume you are physically there as it includes Weather data for that GPS location. This should not be available on activities marked as Virtual Rowing. 

How long does it take for the staff to respond bevauze their most likely gonna reply after the 14 days where i wont get a refund on my subscription that i canceldd 

Good day guys i would like to ask if STRAVA will refund for unwanted subscription because it suddenly deducted to my Ewallet account (Gcash) with out my permission and i canceled the subscription right away when i saw the text message will it refund me?
