Hi! I set my web app up, with only one user. Read online found out had to submit documentation. I just did that. Was just wondering if there’s still support available for things like this bc no one has posted anything here for 2 years 😅 here’s hoping 

Anyone else got an issue where their age has changed automatically..? It’s not letting me correct it on both the mobile and web app. Contacted support and was expecting prompt reply being a subscriber. HR will not display until it’s fixed.

Recently, I've been exploring the capabilities of the Strava API and wondering if it's currently possible to upload media files, such as images or videos, to an activity using its ID. I haven't been able to find any specific information or documentation regarding this capability in the Strava API. I was wondering maybe it's possible even if it's not documented as its the case for getting pictures of an activity [https://www.strava.com/api/v3/activities/{id}/photos?size=X]. That's why I'm turning to the Strava community and API developers for insights. If any of you have experience with the Strava API or know whether it's currently possible to upload media files to activities using their ID (or something else), I would greatly appreciate your input. I use the Strava app on my apple watch ultra. Has worked fine in the past. On recent regular outdoor runs, the app suddenly activates the lap function mid run. If I want an open run for the duration, how do I stop the app from suddenly engaging a lap at random times. it also usually only lasts a few minutes but when the run is over, I have multiple laps recorded but didn’t intend on this.

Strava is often auto-flagging my road bike rides in last few months. They suspect it was a e-bike ride. Even though I’ve ridden those courses many time in the past, even faster. If they would consider my efforts in the past, on the same or other courses, they would see that all flagged rides are just a normal road bike efforts for my standards. I requested support review already several times, but no answer.What to do? Can some Strava admin help me here?

Something i'm really missing on Strava is the ability to choose what to display on an activity.For example:For my indoor (virtual) zwift sessions i want to display power & Heartrate and leave out speed.For my outdoor sessions on the bike i want to display Heartrate and speed…Please let us edit what to display.Make it a setting per category  I know you can choose to "hide" things but if i f.e cycle on zwift on monday and i have power displayed (because indoor trainer has a powermeter) and then tuesday i go riding outside (no powermeter on my outdoors bike) it will "estimate" a power number...which is totally off. Can you please make the setting? Since April 1st (when it updated) I’ve been having problems to synchronize training results between Strava and Mi Fitness. I use a Xiaomi watch redmi 5 lite and I’ve tried everything to fix this. Tried all the resyncs, reinstalls, still nothing gets synced to strava.I saw on Reddit r/Strava that other people been having the same problem and I would like some help to solve it.

As a new full subscription account holder,  why hasn't Strava added folders to its app ,even if it feels you need to have it under the subscribed option,I'm really disappointed that Komoot has this ability well in hand and in its basic option 

I would love to be able to link a song or album to an activity on Strava, similar to how you can do this on Instagram. It is a great way to capture the vibe of an activity. Many people I run with have expressed that they would use this feature too.I see previous requests around this but can’t figure out whether these were closed out, so opening a new topic on this.

for about 12 months I continue to be frustrated with HUAWEI ultimate data updates to Strava. Initislky there was an error factor of about 1% which I can forgive and add 1% to my runs but it has become very unpredictableThere also appears to be growing discontent and criticism of HUAWEI. For examples... I have today completed a 5k park run my wife garmin recorded 5.05, her Strava 5.04. On the same run, My HUAWEI intimate 5.14km uploaded to Strava 4.93. And last week I did a did a half marathon and additional 300m to make sure I recorded a half marathon (HUAWEI 21.4km) but upload to Strava was only 20.56km... you can imagine I'm not happy… loosing out on recording a 5k and a half marathon. You are right, I’m not happy… I love the HUAWEI ultimate but I'm not going to continue with the distance and pace uncertainty when I run. And unless there is a conscious effort to fix this  software integration issue, I'm going to get a Garmin Fenix. 

Why don’t we have this again?  wouldn't a hiking distance to heartbeat calculation augmented by carry weight be easy to implement ?
