Hi Strava Team and Community,
I’m reaching out for some guidance regarding an accidental annual subscription renewal that occurred on May 2, 2026.
I am a student at Bohol Island State University (BISU) in the Philippines, and this unexpected charge is a major financial burden for me right now. I’ve already canceled the subscription to prevent future billing and have not used any of the premium features since it renewed.
I attempted to get a refund through Apple, but their automated system denied me twice with a 'final decision.' I am hoping someone from the Strava team can help me by providing a statement or authorization that I can show to Apple to help them manually override their decision.
I’m a big fan of the Strava community, but as a student, I simply can't afford this right now. Any help or advice on how to get Apple to listen would be greatly appreciated!
