Map in route planner blank

When I use the route planner the complete map is blank. If I remove heat maps there is nothing. What am I doing wrong? Is it a setting?

    Hi ​@Rune1502 , please check browser add-ons, VPNs and other software that could prevent Strava from accessing their maps. You could also try changing the layer, i.e. to Satellite view.

    Hallo ​@Jan_Mantau. I have turned off all add-ons and I`m not using VPN. Satellite and Hybrid is working, but “Standard” is still blank when I turn off Heat maps.
