Dear developer

Sorry for a little bit inconvenience maam/sir, my account has accidentally charged an annual fee to my subscription, in my researches cancelling it within 14 days will get me refund yet strava didn't give me refund yet.

I have tried already, but it's not working, I have also cancelled my subscription as the instruction said, yet in the email it said "no refund"
