I don’t know where else to go or what else to do. Strava had an update which glitched my feed and then logged me out and locked me out. Because of the Facebook removal and my account existing to an old deactivated email I cannot get into my account. I have reached out through my Instagram @annasweeeney and my TikTok @annasweeeney. I have created a second strava account just to utilize the chat bot and created TWO tickets. I have sent many emails to the Zendesk email. I got one response day 1 on stravas Instagram that they would push through to customer service and follow up. It’s been a week I have reached out everyday and I’ve been ghosted there. I’ve received no responses via email. Nothing. I have outreached on LinkedIn for help. I have filled out the chatbot email questionnaire to retain my account back several times. I do not know what to do! It’s so impossible! It’s the worst customer service of my life. I’m not even sure if one person exists behind this email. It’s been a week and counting. I’ve had my strava since 2020 and am an active user. I need to get back into my account and it feels like it’ll never happen. What is a number to reach? A personal email I cannot contact? Someone to escalate too? A different platform to try to outreach on? I need help! This is a nightmare. I’m very disappointed in this experience. My email is annasweeney@outlook.com.
