Wrong GPS data - is it possible to correct

I would like to ask you the following question. I occasionally visit Russia and go for runs here. However, there are often problems with GPS navigation: during my runs, the app periodically moves my location to other parts of the city or even outside of it. In other words, I can instantly "move" several kilometers away and then return to my original location just as quickly. This is likely due to GPS signal interference common in Russia.

Question: Is it possible to implement a special setting that would mitigate this effect? I believe it is clear that instantly moving a person several kilometers away is a navigation error. It would be great to have an additional option that would automatically detect such anomalies and correct them in real-time, ignoring sudden jumps and restoring the correct running trajectory. This could be done automatically or at the user's request.

Are the Strava developers planning to add such an option?

You could try existing tools like the GPS spike remover on https://www.dincalculator.com/bike/editor for corrections after the run. Real time corrections during recordings are outside the scope of any smartphone app.
