I am writing to request assistance with a refund for a 1-year subscription that was automatically deducted from my account on April 25, 2026.
This charge was unintentional, and I have already canceled the subscription to prevent future renewals. I have not used any premium features since the charge occurred. This unexpected expense of 1,500.00 has put me in a difficult financial position, and I would be very grateful if a refund could be processed.
